Good camera with minor sim card issues
It is definitely good and bad. The flood camera was easy to install. But I have been having issue with the sim cards often. I have replaced it twice, so it would be good if this comes with a build-in memory card. Other than that, once you get used to the UI of the apps, it is easy to navigate. Not as user friendly as Ring camera, but it is also better price.

Outstanding Security Floodlights for the $, Better than the Wyze Cam Floodlight Pro
I bought two Wyze Cam Floodlight V2's to install on the left and right side of my house. My house's front and rear were already covered by Wyze Cam Floodlight Pro's but I realized I was missing 360 degree coverage of the house at night for both lighting and security purposes after we moved in a few years ago. I bought these to help cover those blindspots around our home. These are half the cost of the Wyze Cam Floodlight Pro's but they are better in almost every way - they virtually put out close to the same lumen output at night and their AI detection ability is actually significantly better than the older Floodlight Pro models. They also only allow continuous recording on the SD Card which is accessible on the Wyze App anytime you want (a feature that was recently taken away from the floodlight pro's). They also have 2K resolution which allows the camera an excellent field of view range. In fact, it cost more to get an electrician to install these professionally ($150 per floodlight) than the cost of the floodlights themselves which I bought for $65 each on sale. Still, these are fantastic security cameras that integrate seamlessly with our current Wyze Home Monitoring Alarm Service Ecosystem. They also serve as general lighting for my house's sides to scare away the 3 AM Coyotes that sometimes wander into our yards. The only thing to be aware of is to make sure that your Wi-Fi router's 2.4 GHz signal is strong enough to connect with the floodlights. Cheaper Older Wi-Fi 5 non-mesh routers with limited range may face problems connecting to outside floodlights more than 1000 sq ft away. Also be sure to wi-fi set up cameras up right away if you're installing in a high up elevated unaccessible area that you won't be able to easily to get to after the fact. All in all, great buy, great value for $.

WYZE Floodlight Camera v2
This model has nice bright lights that really work well. Camera app is different than other brand I have but it seems all the features are there. Highly recommend the microSD card for recording without need of the cloud account. This is the primary reason I purchased this as I do not want monthly subscriptions, which is available and makes the software more convenient with working shortcuts. Camera motion sensitivity is adjustable separately from floodlight sensitivity range, which is very good. Camera also has detection area selectable by small squares that allows for non rectangular shapes and can omit certain areas you choose. Because of these features and not being spammed all the time in the app, I highly recommend this item and this system. I hope Wyze doesn't degrade these reasons in the future as I have seen other manufacturers do. Also recommend the base they sell for mounting this.

Almost Perfect, But Shuts off Randomly
I have a few Wyze products and have never had any issues with any of them except for this. This product is great, working with Wyze system, the adjustable lights have a variable brightness, there are many different detection settings, and everything works great.. when it is working. This is meant to replace an existing outdoor light, mine is controlled with a switch, I had purchased something to lock the light switch in place to ensure it doesn't get switched off. Well, I've had about 2 times in the past 2 months where this will randomly disconnect and stop working. The easiest way for me to reset it is to turn off the switch and turn it back on. This requires me to remove the switch protector. The only other option would be to go outside and climb up on a ladder to press the reset button. I think this is a reasonable complaint because most people will be doing this with this product. It is the only Wyze product I have that randomly disconnects. I should not have to reset it, because if I am away from home it defeats the whole purpose of it going offline, it needs to run 24/7. Other than that, it works great, the IR night vision is great, videos and detection are great. Just docked one star because it has randomly disconnected twice in the past 2 months.

Much Happier with This Than the Blink Device It Replaced!
We already have 2 Wyze robot vacuums (upstairs and downstairs) and have been extremely pleased with them. Our Blink floodlight camera over our driveway has had recurring issues. Specifically, the Dusk to Dawn first started failing sporadically then quit working altogether. And the Blink device does Dush to Dawn, when it works, based on your time zone not an actual light sensor. Do a web search and see how many people complain about the Blink Dusk to Dawn not working. It is a known issue, has been known for a LONG time, and is still not corrected. We think a security light being able to perform Dusk to Dawn lighting is a basic feature that should simply work. The Wyze floodlight camera was easy to install and easy to get working. The only issue I had was getting it to connect to my network. Once I typed in the network password instead of relying on the password saved by our Wyze vacuum cleaners, it connected immediately. The Wyze floodlight camera actually has a light sensor to detect when it is dark enough to turn on the light. The camera works well and has AI technology to weed out motion that it does not need to turn on lights or notify you about (wind blowing tree branches, etc.). We have added an SD card to ours for additional storage and do not have the subscription. We may add that later but are trying it at the free tier for now. We are going to see if we can get by without the additional features added with the subscription.

Like this Wyze Floodlight. I have several Wyze cams but this is the first floodlight I have used. The floodlight can be set for motion or manual lighting and the brightness can be set to whatever you want. Nice wide angle on the camera and set up was very easy. If you install a as card you really don’t need the subscription plan.

Love this camera! Notifications are received quickly, it’s super clear and I love that I can adjust the lights so it doesn’t shine into my neighbours yard. The lights come on super quickly as well which is great! I also love how customizable the detection zone is. And I can also decrease the sensitivity so I can block out certain areas where I get lots of notifications such as my plants moving. I also really like the sd card slot so I can go back and watch my recordings without having to buy a plan. Would definitely buy this again!

Excelente producto, la resolución de la cámara es muy buena y las luces muy brillantes, les recomiendo comprar el aditamento de pared para una instalación mas sencilla, no viene incluido pero con eso instalan en unos minutos. Todo es de excelente calidad.
