Great and compact for travel massage!
As a LMT, this is a good portable hot towel warmer. Only a few wash cloths will fit, so don’t expect it to carry several hand towels or body towels. Maybe two hand towels folded a certain way and laying down, not rolled and standing up right like in the pics. I like it for what it’s worth. I would definitely recommend. Just be careful because the steam is obviously hot and don’t wanna burn yourself or your client lol

Avoid avoid avoid.
Water tank separated from the bottom heating element leaking water all over the place and have only used it a handful of times and only owned it for just over two months which is outside the return window. Hopefully my supplement insurance that I bought through the program on Amazon covers it. also, the knob for the timer broke off within the first week and now have to use a flathead screwdriver to turn the timer on.

Hot Towel Express!
no more endless waiting while for water to run hot thru the faucet. took less than 10 mins for steaming hot towels. One for each of us in the morning. great way to wake up! thanks. and its a quality product. works easy and well and is sturdy

Seriously a game changer! Improved my QoL, although admittedly a bit small
This thing is amazing! It was very quick and easy to assemble, and the support for essential oils was a surprisingly unexpected feature that elevated my experience using it. I feel like my overall quality of life has improved because of this machine, because it creates a very relaxing experience, putting steamed towels on my face after warming them up with this steamer.It takes about 30 minutes for this steamer to heat up using cold tap water. The towels absorbed the steam quite nicely and smelled of the watermelon-scented essential oil that I used. It wasn't too difficult to figure out how to use the machine intuitively, and it definitely helps that the included manual has very clear, easy-to-understand instructions to set it up & use it, too.This towel warmer is quite small, though: I couldn't fit a single one of my usual 16 in x 30 in small towels into this machine, and instead needed to use my much smaller microfiber cloths... The product is correct: It can hold about 12 mini wet towels, at about the same size as my small microfiber cloths.I really like the essential oils support that this machine has, but it requires a small, circular disk that came with the product. I can see it becoming a problem when that disk is no longer in a usable state: It definitely feels like it's a disposable item that will only last a few uses. You'll definitely eventually want to buy more of these "Mini Diffuser Refill Pads, Microfiber Absorbing Pads". This isn't mentioned anywhere on the product/its manual as far as I can tell, but at least they are relatively cheap to obtain, and likely don't need to be swapped out too frequently.Overall, this is a great product, but you definitely need the right towels for it. The essential oils enhance the experience, and (although not mentioned explicitly) the pads are easily replaceable and the machine is easy to clean and comes with a nice pair of tongs to grab the hot towels.

Fire Safety Issue
I purchased this product to use during my mobile massage visits with clients in their homes. I tested this product first at home to ensure safety. All went well while at home.On the very first client session the unit caught on fire. I filled the reservoir properly, placed the towels in the steaming basket and plugged the unit in. I turned the unit on for the maximum of 25 minutes because I am usually ready for warm towels right around that time frame for the clients back region to be cleaned of any excess oils or lotions. Just as I was about to reach for the towels I noticed a smell and heavy white smoke starting to come out of the steaming basket. I quickly unplugged the unit and removed the steaming basket to get a better look at what was going on. All of a sudden the unit shot flames up out of the center of the water reservoir about one to two feet high. I quickly grabbed the unit to place it in the clients sink to put the flames out. Upon lifting the unit, the bottom center of the reservoir must have melted and a glob of plastic and melted metal fell to the clients flooring. I was so embarrassed by all of the smoke that filled the clients home and the damage that was done to their flooring. This product has cost me a client and possibly more of my time and money cleaning up their flooring!

This cannot hold 12 mini towels
From the picture I should've looked at the specifications, this device is actually quite small. I highly doubt it can even hold 2 normal sized hand towels. You can probably stuff 12 handkerchiefs in it but they are hardly good enough to be used as moist heated hand towels. The device works quite well just pay attention to the dimensions before you buy this and make sure it will suit your expectations.Overall I feel this warmer is a bit too small and will only recommend it for 2 to pushing it 3 small towels which is still great when you are eating wings and need a warm tower to clean your hands. it's also good if you wanna warm up a towel to throw over your eyes as a heat press.
