Item received in good condition,but after 6 months later one side not working, hence iam not recommend to purchase this item.quality of item is good but if one side is not working then it is waste

Very worst product. It is not working from day 1. Contacted Amazon customer service 4 times. No resolution received yet. Waste of money if buying this from amazon. Whenever calling amazon customer service they will ask to wait few more days. But never get a resolution

I purchased these boAt Airdopes for my son, and while the design and sound quality seem good, I faced an issue from the very first day. Only one earbud connects properly, while the other side does not connect consistently. This has been a bit disappointing, especially since the product is new. As I work out of the city, it becomes slightly difficult to manage replacements or service, but I am hopeful the issue can be resolved through customer support. I bought it on 25 Sept 2025 and the right earbuds stopped getting its charge twice since then. Not even 6 months have passed and I've replaced it twice. First time I got a very low quality product whose battery didn't even last one day compared to its claimed 45 Hrs battery. Build quality of its case it sub optimal so don't expect a gadget that'll work for months or years without any issue. It is so frustrating to get it changed after every 2 months. Although it's sound quality is good but overall this product was sub optimal compared to its claimed features. Please go for other brands in this price range or save up some more money to buy a better product from any other manufacturer than Boat.

Don't waste money buying this earbud. Firstly it's not user convenient as the piece is some what big in size to stay in the ear. I received a defect product, as one of the earbud is not turning on after few days of use even after complete charging. No assistance and support from amazon, I'm frustrated. I lost my money INR 700.
