I received the used mask, without the instruction manual and without the warranty certificate. The box that comes with the mask had the mask support outside the mask and the protection that holds the mask was torn. The mailbox in which the mascara came was sealed, but the box that contained the mascara was noticeably used and old. and the mascara was still stained with cream inside. It's absurd to send me a used product that I don't even know who used it.
