Will this device qualify a cat5/6 cable as 10m , 100m, or 1000m (1g) rating?

This is a simple device not made for qualifying the cables but simply testing a line.

Does it save test results? can they be saved and printed?

No, results are only shown on the screen after the test is run. Running another test or shutting the device clears the previous results. No saving of results or printing them from the tester. As another person suggested, if you need to keep a record of results using this device you'll need to do something else like take a picture of the display with your phone.

I'm looking for a network tested that will aquire an IP automatically from a DHCP server. Will this perform this task?

No it will not it does not have that capability to do so.
