Good quality, excellent sun protection hats. Bought this one for the wife, and the man's hat for myself. Good fit. Stays put in wind. Big brimmed to offer plenty of protection from the sun. Wife's is classy looking.

I cannot overemphasize enough how happy I was that I purchased and brought this on my tropical vacation. Not only is it incredibly functional (kept the sun off of my face, kept me shaded and cool) but it’s so comfortable and impressively flattering. I will wear this all summer and bring on all warm vacations to come :)

Bought in natural. It’s a great looking hat. It goes with everything and looks super cute - not like you’re allergic to sun. Gives great shade, tough enough to take on trips (I wouldn’t say it’s packable, but it did fine in my carryon) and I look forward to wearing it. It is adjustable (it has a string inside you can tighten), but I have a huge head so it is tight. I gave my first one to my mom - hoping if I order another it will be a little bigger.I have skin cancers so coolibar has been a lifesaver.

It's hard to believe it's actually UPF 50+ when speckles of sunlight come through gaps in the straw but it is a nice look and fits comfortably. I wouldn't go without sunscreen on your face when you wear this.

I'm much more conscience about safety in the sun now that I'm "older." I have other Coolibar products, and I trust their effectiveness for sun protection. This hat is also attractive and comfortable. Great for the spring and summer.

The elastic band that supposedly makes this a one size hat is too tight and gives me a terrible headache when I try to use it. I am not sure if I should try and cut it or loose it somehow, but so far haven't been able to sue it because of the elastic.

Got this for a trip to Utah, and am very happy! Was easy to pack, retained its shape, and kept my eyes shaded and the sun off my face.

I took this hat to Kenya for 2 weeks of safari and it didn't disappoint. It gave me lots of shade, didn't fly off when out in the jeeps and was cool and comfortable. I had a backpack for this trip so space was an issue. This hat rolled up small (I secured it with a hair tie) and it looked great after being rolled multiple times. It was extremely packable. Definitely recommend it for your next adventure.

I was looking for a wide brimmed black hat to protect my face from the sun, as I have very fair, thin, dry, sensitive skin. Such hats are surprisingly difficult to find as all the cheap straw hats you can buy on the high street are full of little holes/gaps that let the light through - no good if you are serious about protecting yourself from ageing and burning! A major design flaw that makes them seem like a fashion item rather than a functional one. Yes I'd like a hat to look stylish, but also serve a function! Unfortunately this is just the same, lots of little gaps in the weave meaning it doesn't actually block the sun and so is useless. The brim also doesn't come out far enough to shade more than your forehead and eyes. I've purchased the widest brim option from Coolibar and it looks rather ridiculous, but does not have these gaps and the brim is wide enough to shade your entire face and neck! Other than that the quality and style are ok.

El sombrero tiene una excelente manufactura, se nota de calidad y vino sin defectos. El packaging no es ninguna viguería, pero tampoco lo necesita. Se trata de un sombrero imitación de la pamela playera de paja o papel con el ala extra grande, pero realmente de un tejido opaco muy flexible y resistente para proteger del sol.Se puede doblar y estrujar para guardarlo y enseguida recupera la forma. De hecho, era un regalo y lo tuve guardado en el paquete durante un mes, además de lo que tardó el envío. Al sacarlo, se podía utilizar inmediatamente.Es talla única y la copa es bastante ancha, por lo que pide a gritos una cuerda por dentro para ajustarlo o una cinta de tela o goma alrededor de la cabeza que ayude a apretar la copa. La mayoría de gente lo notarán muy suelto en la cabeza.Aún así, parece fresco y es muy bonito. Lo volvería a comprar, o bien uno parecido con ajuste.

Se trata de un sombrero de ala ancha, prácticamente una Pamela. Es moldeable pero mantiene la forma. Es del mismo tipo de tejido que tengo de esta misma marca, con el ala menos ancha y son súper duraderos. Se ajusta muy bien a la cabeza y protege genial del sol.Este estilo tan topo Pamela es mejor para la playa o la piscina. Para ir por la calle me parece un poco extra. Al menos, para mi estilo.Pero para el uso que le doy, estoy muy satisfecha con la compra.
