Big
This keychain is too big. I though it would be pretty small. It's size is equivalent to the size of one in a half quarter. I request to return this item and the cost was $3.00. Whats the point of trying to send this back when I bought this for 7.99? That means I get back less than $5.00.

Very nice product
So everyone at work who has seen my reel badge think it's fun and outgoing. Some of my peers have ordered some but with different emoji smiley face.

The Angel is soooooo cute
I got the angel emoji and I love it's little face to pieces.. Love the carabineer type hook at the top. I've never had one like before but now I can never see myself going back.

cord quickly got frayed
The retractable cord didn't hold up as well as I expected. After two weeks the cord started getting frayed. I switched to5 Pack Dog Paw Retractable ID Badge Holder. For all i know they're made by the same company but the latter has held up now several months and still looks and works fine.
