I bought some high chairs, and my legs started hurting after sitting for a while. This little footstool solved the problem. I use it every day.

I needed a low stool in my closet to reach things on the shelf and this works well. Finding a low step up stool for a hefty adult isn't easy. Most stools have a big step up--not something I can manage with my bad knees. The short ones are often for children and have a low weight limit. I bought the two I could find to try out, a wooden one and this one. Then my daughter pulled out the low one she'd used when her kids were small and that worked acceptably for me to get in their large SUV on a recent trip, but it suffered under my weight and I fear wouldn't have lasted long without breaking where the ones I'd purchased, including this one, are much sturdier. I decided to keep both because I have trouble reaching high shelves in the kitchen and the bedroom closets.This little stool tucks into my closet and is convenient to use when putting things away on the shelf or retrieving them. It's easy to move around because the cutout in the base serves as a good handhold and it is very lightweight. Still, it feels very sturdy to stand on. It easily holds 250 lbs. The small unfinished wooden one I bought works best in the kitchen because I could stain it to match my hardwood floor.This stool also has a slip proof top and base and could be used outside if necessary to water high hanging baskets for example, and could be hosed clean as needed.

I ordered this stool for outside the doggy door from my porch to my kitchen. My dogs are all small and cannot reach the doggy door without a step. This is perfect as it is sturdy and most importantly, non-slip. It's easy to clean as well. Good quality for the price.

I liked that it was lightweight and nontippable. My bed is high, and I'm short and have some difficulty in getting into bed from the floor, so I ordered this one. It's really great. I had it for about 3 days before my cat took it over. (Did I mention that she thinks it should be hers?) She uses it for getting on and off the bed!) When I saw that she would run all around the bed from wherever she was to be sure it was where she could jump from and to the bed, I moved it to her favorite leaping place and ordered another for myself.She can't type very well on the computer, so she asked me to let you know I am also speaking for her. She's just as delighted with it as I am.

but I am afraid it might flip for the purpose I bought it--getting into a car. I kept it though as it was not expensive and I might be able to use it inside the house when I have other support. ( I laterpurchased a health store aluminum step stool for outdoors.) The manufacturers did state a weight limit which did not apply to me but I do feel this stool is more suited for use by children.

Small. Matches anything. Easy to tuck away. The design won't let you tip or fall, so it's very safe for toddlers and elderly. Holds up to 300 lbs!

I wish it was a little wider but I'm older and worry about falling. It works great to get in bed.

I weight 225 and this thing has made a few cracking noises that makes me wonder if it could really hold 300 lbs. It is a bit small so if you have larger feet, it could be an issue. I wear a size 11 and it is ok.

El banquito es macizo y de buen material, antiderrapante. Pongo mala calificación porque es MUY bajito, en la descripción dice 15.9 pulgadas de alto cuando en realidad son 15.9 CENTÍMETROS... No sirve para que un niño pequeño alcance el lavabo, por ejemplo. Si usted lo quiere para que su niño (2-4 años) alcance cosas, no sirve.

Simple, bien hecho y practico, cumple con las expectativas que se observan en la ilustración y cumple muy bien con su función. El antiderrapante es muy buena calidad
