“Exceptional Chair and Outstanding Customer Service!”
I bought this chair a couple of months ago to replace my old one, and it has everything I wanted. The seat is wonderfully soft and isn’t mesh or leather, which I absolutely didn’t want. The seat cushion is incredibly comfortable and maintains its shape perfectly. I’ve spent hours sitting in this chair and often forget how long I’ve been seated. That’s just how comfortable it is! The chair is super easy to assemble. I found the assembly process straightforward, The instructions were clear and at no point was I scratching my head. The chair is pretty heavy so do be careful. I was able to build this chair myself with not a lot of issues, it took me a good 30 to 60 mins to build, but I like to take my time with things. Also, all the tools you would need for the chair are included. The armrests are adjustable, though a bit hard, so I recommend getting arm pads. The seat reclines far back but can also be set straight, which is great for maintaining good posture. I also love the mesh back, which keeps me cool during the summer months. And the footrest—oh my gosh, the footrest! I searched everywhere for a chair with a footrest, and this one is perfect. It’s adjustable to fit your leg length, and the cover is removable for washing. The color is exactly what I was looking for. I almost chose the cream one, but the gray really caught my eye. While pink is trendy, finding the right shade can be tough. This chair’s gray is just what I wanted. The price is unbeatable, cheaper than other chairs I considered, and it has everything I was looking for. DON’T HESITATE—BUY THIS CHAIR!!! Now, about the customer service. I noticed some marks on my armrests, which really bothered me. I tried to brush it off, but it kept nagging at me. Since I was beyond the return or replacement period, I decided to take a chance and contact the seller, (I honestly didn’t expect much, but it was worth a shot). I asked if I could purchase the armrests separately to replace them. To my surprise, the seller responded quickly, and with no questions asked, offered to send me a new pair of armrests for free. I let them know I needed both of the arms to be replaced and was worried that would be a problem, but nope! They let me know that they were shipping both the arms. They arrived so quick even though I was told it would take 2 weeks, it was barely 1. I was overjoyed and moved to tears by their generosity. I honestly thought they would just say “tough luck.” I am beyond happy with my chair and the service I was provided. I highly recommend this chair, especially for their excellent customer service. If you’re still undecided, go ahead and buy it! You won’t regret it!

Well made, supportive and comfortable. So good I've bought it twice.
This is a well-designed and well-made chair. It feels supportive, is comfortable and has good lumbar support. It was easy to assemble. I appreciated the card with the parts separated and easily identified. This chair is heavy though, so watch your back bringing it into the house. This is the second chair from this brand that we've purchased. The first went with our daughter when she moved out leaving us needing another desk chair. I searched for a few days for another chair before I just decided I really couldn't do better than the same chair. I really like the footrest to elevate my legs while sitting as well as using it to rest my feet while I'm reclining and reading. Overall, a quality chair for a good price. Shipping was fast and the chair arrived when it was supposed to. I normally say I'd buy it again, but I have, so I'll say I can recommend it, instead.

A gem find
I AM HAPPY WITH IT For context I am a 23 year old male 200lbs 5'6/5'7 male that has been lifting 5-6 times a week for 3 years now focused on muscle and strength building so I am a tiny bit wider. I am a computer science student that works an on campus job with my own desk. Currently working a remote internship for the summer. I spend majority of my free time at my desk at home playing video games like many others. I have minor back issues from occasionally breaking form on lifts but I stop feeling it after a night or two. I read up all of the same reasons you have about NOT getting a chair with a footrest of this style because they are finicky, cheap quality, mostly Chinese companies, seat mesh is trash, most are uncomfy, just get a seperate foot rest, etc. But I did not care, I just want what we all want. So I ran into this chair, a chair that lines up with everything this post is mentioning + a headrest. There are many that look like this on Amazon but I bit the bullet and chose this one after reading some reviews and seeing it in a reddit post. Chair was delivered in 8 days to California and setup was relatively simple. It is only < $200 USD so it is not perfect pristine quality like HM, but its more like traditional office chair quality you'd find anywhere. I fit perfectly on the chair, even the lumbar support works great for me. Sitting up, my only complaint is my calves very lightly touch the footrest as it is tucked away but this is only because I like to have my feet tucked further back when I am more focused. Arm rests are firm but can be pressed in with just a bit of force so they aren't "plasic-y" feeling. The cushioning on is pretty thick and soft that I didn't even think about any butt pain from sitting my long hours. And remember that I am 200lbs. When sat in the reclined position with my feet up on the foot rest, I fit perfectly with the bottom of my heels almost coming off the footrest. It is super comfy. My only complaint about the chair is that it would be nice if the arm rest can go further back so I can rest my elbows onto them when laid back with the footrest. Beside that, it is an amazing chair. Oh and also: Seat cushioning height when seat is bottomed out: 16in Arm rest height when seat is bottom out and arm rest is bottomed out: 24in Arm rest height when seat is bottom out and arm rest is at top: 28in Seat cushioning height when seat is at top: 20in Arm rest height when seat is at top and arm rest is bottomed out: 28in Arm rest height when seat is at top and arm rest is at top: 32in

pretty purple, comfy, ergonomic and adjustable
this chair is super cute!! it is the perfect light lavender purple! it is also quite comfortable and ergonomic. that was the main reason I purchased this chair, my previous office chair didn’t have much of a back and no support for the back. the lumbar support is very nice on this chair and the adjustable neck rest is very nice! the reclining option is also nice! the legs of the chair were very difficult to put together, I had to have my husband help me snap them into place (also you have to put it in straight on and push in and then lift up and in and push again pretty firmly). the rest of the chair only took me like 15 min max ro put together. the chair seems to be good quality, the plastic sections are a dense thick plastic with a bit of heft to it, the seat cushion is comfy and thick and soft and the back mesh is breathable and flexible. the arm rests are basically just plastic and could be more comfortable and the leg rest has like metal bars in it or something that isn’t very comfortable if you are not putting your legs straight out (sitting crisscross or with one leg at an angle isn’t the most ideal) but maybe a cushion or something would help with that. it is a functional, ergonomic, comfortable (and pretty) chair that seems like it will become a staple in my office.

So far so good! Fully recommend!
TLDR: The chair is comfortable, comes with all the features listed, and is fairly well manufactured. It is essentially a great chair for this price point. Some issues popped up since getting it but I managed to solve each one. Been using this chair every day since March 10th, and it has been perfect. No regrets about making this purchase, and I have no complaints thus far. I needed a new office chair, and since I work from home, I need one that would be comfortable to sit in all day. I regularly sit cross-legged or with my legs up while working, so a footrest was a must. The footrest on this chair is exactly what I was looking for. I can now sit comfortably with my feet up and not feel like they will fall off or that I have to readjust constantly. The back support and headrest have been good. It's designed as one size, so it may not perfectly align with your back, depending on the height. But as someone who is 5'2, I think it works well enough. You can adjust the height of the chair, the armrests, and the headrest to be shorter or higher depending on your desk or preference. The seat is very comfortable, and I do not feel achy after hours of sitting there. There were some minor hiccups. At first, I did not think it came with instructions, but they were actually placed within the wrapping of the back of the chair. So, if you think they're missing, make sure you check there. Secondly, the first step of building the chair is putting together the feet. I took 30 minutes trying to assemble them. I even tried using a hammer and I still couldn't do it myself. (I even reached out to the company who offered to send me replacements and explained that how they were manufactured makes it a little tricky to fit together easily.) I finally managed to get them together by putting each leg into its socket and then standing (I know) on top of it, which popped them into place. It may also be possible that once you put the chair on top of it, the legs will pop into place. Lastly, I could not figure out how to lock the chair at a reclining angle. After checking the photo in the listing, I realized you must pull the lever in and out to change reclining positions. It's possible that it may get stuck in one position, but after fiddling with it a couple of times, you'll be able to get it back to the regular sitting position.

Comfortable, super adjustable and easy to assemble
My son is 6'4" 190 lbs and absolutely raves about his new chair. It took about 20 mins to assemble using common sense. The instruction booklet has such tiny font even with glasses it is tough to read. The adjustments allow him to pull right up to his desk while doing school work and gaming. The cushion has enough padding for hours of comfortable sitting.i have an engineering background and don't see any major flaws. The foot rest might not last butost people won't use it. It's a chair if you want to sleep, lay on a sofa or go to bed. Will update in 6 months.

Not worth if youre plus size
Imma have to give it 1 stars. Its comfortable but I have wide hips and I weigh well under the limits and my hips are tight in the chair, dont recommend if youre size 18. After putting it together imma have to take it apart to send it back

Nice Chair
1 yr later. Chair has lost a little bounce in the seat however it's still a decent chair and looks great. No tearing or breakage with the wheels material or hardware.
