Great hand exerciser
I have been using this for a couple of weeks now to try and strengthen my hand joints. I have suffered from arthritis for quite a few years and always looking for the next thing that will help me strengthen joints and muscles. Using this on my hands while sitting watching tv in the evenings is definitely proving to be successful. When I wake my fingers/hands/wrists are like they’ve been frozen during the night and it usually takes about 20 minutes to half an hour to get them moving comfortably, but it’s always painful doing so. The last week, that time has reduced to about 10 minutes and my hands are also not so stiff. The fabric is soft and the cushion itself it’s a bit like a stress ball, that’s what it reminds me of. Because it is soft, it doesn’t really matter at what point my hands are, because I can squeeze it in. It’s easy for me to squeeze, the more I do the easier it gets and the more relaxed my joints and muscles become. I’m not sure it was intended for this type of therapy but I will be showing it to my physiotherapist and friends. Some hand exercisers are very expensive but this is such a reasonable price. I could see this being used for stoke victims too; some of the hand exercisers my mu was given after she suffered a stroke, were just too hard for her to both grip and move but this would have been ideal and would have allowed her to progress to the more difficult grips. I can’t recommend this highly enough and feel very privileged to be able to trial it, thank you

Useful but poor quality
I have arthritis in my fingers & wrists so wanted something that was cushioned that I could use to improve my joints/ strength. This is very comfortable to hold, and the cushion offers just the right amount of flexibility for you to squeeze as hard or soft as you would like. The one thing I don't understand is why there are only loops for three fingers and not five, as this would be much more helpful. The quality is unfortunately lacking in the cushion. I had only used for about 10 minutes when some threads started to come loose. Looking at the bottom of the cushion you can see that the stitching is pretty basic.Although you are meant to be able to wash this on a cool wash in the machine, I am not convinced the cushion could withstand it.At the time of reviewing the price was £12.99 which I think is very overpriced based on the quality. I think it is a great idea but needs work.

Soft in materials but firm in density
For what it is, I think it does the basic job of what it should do. The material itself is okay in softness but not the most gentle. The inside is soft but pretty dense which I really liked for squeezing. Not all your fingers will fit in the holes as there are only 3 and pretty far apart. I have a stress ball I use for the same things but this was a bit easier as I was able to use my entire hand.

Good for a large hand
This grop brace is pretty large. So ideally when you apply this brace you want to also put your thumb around it. This brace is well made amd nice and soft. However, a small hand with Any type if contracture would not be able to get there thumb around it. Ideally this brace should come in sizes.
