Best Manual Pasta Maker out there
This pasta maker surprised me in a good way. It feels solid out of the box and clamps firmly to the counter without wobbling. Once you run the dough through a couple of times, it rolls smoothly and gives you clean sheets. The cutters handle fettuccine well, and I have yet to use the spaghetti one. Cleanup takes some patience since you can’t rinse it with water, but it’s all worth it. If you like cooking and don’t want a bulky electric machine, this one earns its spot in the kitchen!

Great machine for this first time pasta maker!
The instructions are a little cryptic, but once you get the thing set up, it's quite easy to use! I was able to make a batch of gluten free fettuccine in under an hour, start to finish. I am excited to use the spaghetti attachment next. A super great deal for a sturdy machine. It attached to my granite-topped kitchen island with ease and the weight of the machine is good and hefty so that when you crank it stays put. For a novice pasta maker this was an excellent purchase.

Works great, beware of squeaking
This is my first pasta machine as I didn't want to break the bank for fear I decide shortly after purchasing pasta making is not my thing. Functions as it should, no real complaints on that, definitely so much easier than rolling by hand. As with I would imagine any pasta machine, there is a learning curve to make sure the dough isn't too sticky but also that it hasn't dried too much when cutting it down into the noodles after getting your desired thickness. I have odd counter tops, I wish the bracket that allows it to mount would allow for something that's up to like 4" thick, this is not an isolated incident as most things that counter mount will not mount on the counter I want to use. My only big complaint is within the first 5 minutes of use, the pasta cutting attachment started squeaking and slowly but surely got louder with each use, by the 3rd time I used this machine I decided to take it apart and pack the ends with some food safe lithium grease, squeak is gone.

Easy to Assemble & Use!
This is my first pasta making machine! Decided to buy this one because of the price. Some things I really like about this gadget are that it’s really easy to assemble, super easy to use, works well, doesn’t take up much space and is sturdy and lightweight. It is a manual pasta maker with an adjustable knob that allows for 7 [dough] thickness options, a counter top clamp, a brush and an attachment for spaghetti, fettuccine and linguine. No dislikes so far. I would highly recommend for personal use and/or gift giving.

Buy if you like to eat metal and grease.
I’ll preface this with because I know how to disassemble and reassemble simple machines like this so I did end up making some good pasta tonight… However the chrome plating on the roll pins chipped off BEFORE I even put the first batch of dough through. I tried a small batch and the rollers left metal chips in the dough and grease got in there as well. So I took it apart and replaced the rollers, and made a better shield for the intake and it works now. So unless you want to do all that, spend your money and get a better quality version. (Also I know I voided the warranty with my modifications, I read the whole manual beforehand, and for the record it was broken out of the box.)

Easy to use but hard to clean
Great pasta maker starter kit for who wants to enjoy home made pasta without spending tons of money. The only issue I had was cleaning up since the pasta will get stuck in the small dents and it's time consuming after each use. If you are not using it often like me it my not be a big deal
