Good granulated texture glucose substitute.
This date sugar suits the need very well. I have purchased a couple of date sugars that were very powdery, even dusty, a little annoying for topping served items. This version is nicely granular for putting in a table sugar dispenser and the right amount of sweetness for no guilt low glycemic everyday use.

Nice but not very sweet.
Not a very sweet sugar. And if it sits in your drink for a long time it will thicken up at the bottom of the drink. It will take twice the amount of what you would normally use.

Great sugar for baking! Much healthier than regular sugar.
It's a manageable pack with a zip-close opening. The actual date sugar itself is sweet. It's merely dried up dates that have been ground up into granules. They are a little less sweeter than Sugar in the Raw, and FAR less sweeter than white table sugar (cane sugar). You cannot use date sugar for drinks because it doesn't dissolve. However, this is great in the morning with your oats or if you plan on making baked good that are naturally sweetened.

Great brown sugar replacement for baking.
Very grainy, but great taste. I made hot chocolate with it and had to strain out the granules at the end. But it made it taste amazing. Also I've made cookies and muffins with this and they turned out great. The graininess goes away with baking. I used the date sugar to replace brown sugar, and I used monk fruit and Xylitol mixture for the white sugar. Turned out great.

Doesn’t Dissolve in Coffee
Date crystals aren’t very sweet. And they turned into sludge at the bottom of the coffee cup.
