It’s hard to cut veggies and doesn’t cut them then correct!!!

Generally a bit smaller than a lot of other choppers that look like this. I got this because I had one I really enjoyed, but the fine chop blades got damaged. The size is not a real issues, although if you get one a little bigger if you already have a fairly standard sized mandolin you can use that on the collector for unit, and this one is too narrow (and most mandolins will slice better than this does). The bigger issue is that the fine chop blade is not as small a chop as it looks like it will be in the pictures, so if you're looking for like a fine dice on onions, you may be disappointed with this unit.If that's not an issue for you, this is totally worth it. The amount of time it saves on meal prep if you're cooking with a lot of veggies can not be understated. Even if you're prepping up for one (I dice veggies every few days so I can make an omelet breakfast sandwich before work every day), it's going to save you enough time that you'll be happy with it. I would like a finer cut, but hey, it still works, just means I have to cook the veggies a little longer before I put the eggs in the pan.

I didn't like the way it chopped an onion. IT chopped it in big hunks not fine pieces. I haven't really used it for anything else at this time. But I wouldn't recommend it.
