I liked the Wella Ultimate Repair Hair Mask, but it felt more like a conditioner to me. I usually expect hair masks to be a bit thicker, but this had a similar consistency to a regular conditioner when applied to my wet hair. That said, I really enjoyed the scent of the mask. One thing I wish is that the container had instructions printed on it. My phone wasn’t nearby when I was going to use it, and I initially thought it was a pre-shampoo mask. It turns out it’s meant to replace conditioner. That being said, I do like that it doesn’t feel too heavy on my hair. Even after using it, my hair still had volume. The photo I shared shows my hair after air drying, with no additional products used besides the mask. I’m really happy with the results. My hair was significantly less frizzy after just one use!

I purchased Wella Professionals Ultimate Repair Mask because I wanted a high quality deep conditioning mask to address my current hair concerns. My hair has been limp and brittle and I love how Wella Ultimate Repair brought it back to life! Soft bouncy waves again instead of tired, fried, unhappy hair. The mask is very easy to use, apply to damp hair after shampooing. I like to leave it in while I exfoliate and cleanse my body in the shower, it gives the product lots of time to soak and absorb into my hair before rinsing out. The mask is so thick, creamy, and luxurious, I like to make sure I take my time rinsing it out. The scent is a little heavy but smells divine so I don't mind the strong scent. I like to air dry my hair on days I use a conditioning mask, just put some curl cream in and go for the day and I get the best hair days of the week doing this! I love using this hair mask 2 times a week to start and then 1 time per week to maintain.

I wish there was a seal to ensure it hasn’t been used. This is how it looked right after taking it out of the package. There is product in the grooves which makes me suspicious and not trust the brand.

This hair mask is on the higher end price-wise, but the results seem to be in line with some of the more expensive brands.The texture of Wella's Repair Mask is smooth, creamy, and thick so you don't need to use too much of it. You just leave it on for a few minutes after shampooing, and let it do its thing. The scent is light and not too strong, but the frangrance could be a little better. The mask rinses out easily.The hair mask has helped with the frizz and my hair felt more hydrated and it was easier to tame. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a solution to help repair dry or damaged hair. It’s a simple step in my regular hair routine which has really improved my hair’s health and appearance.
