I use these for breast milk and I love them. They’re sort of plastic coated so they don’t tear easily, don’t bleed when they get wet and they come off easily. Love it.

Simple solution - good value and fills a need when portioning for meal planning.
I got these both to keep track of staple items that we use for meal prep and for items that have longer shelf life before opening, but shorter shelf life after. There's not much to say...they do what they're intended to do - cheap enough for single use, and the adhesive lasts but doesn't leave a residue when being removed. They're really handy and keep us from having to squint and turn over the items continuously to find the manufacturer's expiration date every time we need to check - it's right there in big bold numbers that we add ourselves.

I have serious issues with time blindness and I'm so tired of having no idea whether something has been in the fridge for 3 days or 3 weeks. That's a dangerous mistake to make so I end up throwing things out from an abundance of caution but these are really helpful, especially for things like leftovers or things I've made at home but can't remember how long ago. I just have to remember to use them!

These are perfect for keeping track/rotation of perishable items.
Love these food labels. I use them to keep track of my milk supply and rotate bottles accordingly.They have plenty of room for you to be able to write a small note. I for instance will typically write the time the milk was pumped so I know which bottle is appropriate to give to baby before it goes bad.The labels adhere perfectly to the bottle surface without the need to put much pressure and they will remove with ease when washing the bottle. I don't even need to presoak the bottle cap to be able to remove the label.Simple to use and a must have for me now.
