yes, the bag I got today says the processing center handles all 8 major allergens, and wheat is listed specifically

Hi christa, Thank you for your interest in our almonds. We are a distributor in California and we buy our almonds direct with blue diamond growers. I’ve asked them your question and their answer was “the process of being blanched is the killing part” these are not pasteurized with propylene oxide.

Q: What is the 'expiration" or "best by" date?

The "expiration date" is the last day to which the food may be consumed. The "best by" date is the producers (manufacturers) recommended last day the food should be consumed. Obviously, dates differ as products are harvested on different days. Shelf life may also be extended by different processing methods, ie: dehydrating, roasting, grinding, refrigeration, freezing.
