Excellent content, letters were small, worth the price
I don't want to comment on the content as it is excellent. But the letters in the book were some what small, you may face little difficulty in reading. But comparing to the price, worth it. It's not a paper back but hard cover. So definitely you can buy it at this price.

Like no other book, this one has transformed the way I deal with challenges and my team. It has opened my eyes to a new way of approaching my own creativity and how to encourage others to trust in theirs

Excellent resource!
As another reviewer mentioned, as soon as you read the dedication you're drawn into this book. The author's writing style is engaging and imminently accessible. I've read other books on creativity that were a bit dry, but this was an informative read without feeling like a textbook. This is an excellent resource for anyone attempting to identify their creative mindset and explore new and (hopefully) great ideas. I especially appreciate the exercises at the end of each chapter and feel like I have tools I can use in my daily life to not only be more creative personally, but as a manager in a large organization, to also hopefully foster an environment where others feel supported and encouraged to share their ideas as well.I highly recommend this book.

Spécieux
Un titre accrocheur pour un contenu ... insignifiant (synonyme : banal).PS : faudra m'expliquer comment un tel navet peut récolter des appréciations positives aussi nombreuses !

Everyone can be creative with structure and practical application outlined in this book
An insightful and very practical book about creativity, that begins with breaking down the common myths such as "I'm just not creative" and guides you through a very structured approach to creativity and how to have an abundance of ideas. What I particularly liked was the practical "homework" to exercise your creative muscle, with each stage of the creative process in the book chapters. The author very clearly describes the difference between creative doing and creative thinking and sets creativity and innovation in a clear context as a subset of ideas. I also enjoyed the surprise of finding the introduction at the end of the book, with the justification, that this is the introduction to your new life after reading the book. The core message and call to action in that "introduction" is "The more effort you put into feeding and exercising your mind, the better placed you are to come up with world-shaking ideas. And we need those world-shaking ideas now more than ever". I thoroughly enjoyed the book, the structured frameworks provided to be more creative and develop more ideas and the exercises to learn the techniques. I highly recommend this to individuals and organisations that are wanting to learn more about developing new ideas and implementing those ideas on their journey of growth through business and life.
