Great Product

Used all spring/summer
I used this all spring and summer after reading many of the reviews posted here, which I found very helpful. I started out taking 4 tablets 3x/day for a week, then cutting back gradually each week (2x/day for a week), until I was taking 3 tablets daily. I found that this, along with daily use of a neti pot, has helped control my allergies and I have had no sinus infections. BYP, along with the neti, has saved me lots of trouble with anitbiotics and sudafed. After dealing with these problems for years, this combination has been amazing, I highly recommend this over the drugs. It works!

Great product!
This product was recommended by an employee at our local Health Food Store for an annoying frontal headache, & as a believer in Chinese herbs, it was worth a try. Must say that it has been quite effective. My husband & I both use it for headache relief & it does work. No negative side effects.

Works good for my allergies!
I used to take this long ago for allergies and now started again. This brand seems to be better considering the fact that it does not have the sugar coating and hence food dye. Its a slow process for this one but works!

Great for Chronic Sinus issues
This product is great for Chronic sinus issues, I have not had an sinus infection in the last 7 months, and it greatly shortened the duration of the last one which was my first exposure to this product, I attribute this to Bi Yan Pian.Haven't taken everyday in those 7 months but when ever I feel like I'm going to have issues, I go on a 10 day regimen. Plum flower seems to be a reputable brand, so I feel I'm getting the ingredients labeled on the bottle and nothing that shouldn't be there.
