This CoQ10 supplement comes in the form of 30 capsules in a small container that appears to be glass. The container itself is 3.25 inches (8.3cm) tall by 1.75 inches across 4.5cm. The container is actually only about 1/3 full.,. which does seem wasteful packaging. It doesn’t state on the container whether it is recyclable but I am pretty sure it is glass so will be using the recycle bin for it. The recommended dosage is 1 capsule per day giving about 30 days supply. The capsules have an expiry date of 15 months after the delivery date (the expiry date is on the base pf the container). On opening the container and holding the open container to the nose there is a very faint but not unpleasant smell. The capsules themselves have no discernible smell, I would guess that they are about 70% of the size of a standard multivitamin. They are easy to swallow and have no identifiable taste or after taste. I have been taking COQ10 because I am interested in the benefits I may get in regards to skin repair and regeneration, heart health and blood sugar management as well as any potential benefits I may get in regard to reduction in muscle fatigue and reduction in skin damage. The capsules are vegan friendly. The company is UK based though it doesn’t state where the product is manufactured. The capsules contain vitamin E, CoQ10 and olive oil.
