I notice my energy levels are much better when I’m taking these b vitamins. They are bio-active, so you know your body is better able to absorb them. The quality is great, great value for the money. I also like that they have inositol & PABA to help with absorption.

I decided to try Life Extension’s BioActive Complete B-Complex and I’m happy with the product. Right from the first week, I noticed a boost in my energy and overall focus. It definitely helps with fatigue and made a noticeable difference. What I especially like that this product is high quality and has of methylated forms of B12 and folate, which is ideal for people with MTHFR mutations. These forms are more bioavailable and easier for the body to absorb and utilize, much better to use than cheaper alternatives. Capsules are bright yellow and have a mild smell.

I'm glad I found this B-complex, I've tried very many brands over the years. They were all okay, but I want to get away from folic acid, which is not the same as folate. Most B-complexes use the folic acid form and I've been reading that it's not the best and that folate is better. It's hard to find information about the difference but I decided to go with the folate and rather than take all the B-vitamins separately, which is an option, I found this Life Extension one and am very pleased with the affordable price - that's important to me and necessary that it is good value for dollar. It doesn't give me an upset stomach and doesn't have any objectionable odor either. Very good B-complex and I've tried them all.

This is a great B-complex supplement from a good company. I have used supplements from this company always with good results and at a fair price. As B complex supplements go, this is very well-priced. Also, I appreciate the methylated forms the company uses in their B complex line, as the methylated version is best absorbed by the body. The only thing to be aware of is the niacin content. Niacin can cause a flushing and itching in any part of the body. The reaction is a positive one and is harmless. I gave 4 stars b/c of this possible reaction. Some people are surprised by the flushing and some people welcome it. Some even say that the flushing is a sign of good liver function. Also, I noticed a real uptick in energy when taking this. Can't beat that!

Capsule is a little large but not too hard to swallow. No bad taste. I feel like it gives me energy.

Take these daily. After multiple times testing, I honestly believe these alleviate my tinnitus. I'm not sure why, but if I don't take these for a couple of days, my ears sound like an alarm's going off of my head. If I take these, a few days later, I have silence. I trust this vitamin b supplement and will buy it again.

This Is exceptionally good vitamin B stress vitamins. They absorb quickly and help with energy. I would recommend these to anyone. Usually an offbrand doesn’t have good things sometimes, but this one is really good. It’s also made with a gel cap easy to swallow.

I bought 5 of this for me and to give to my family and we all like it. Taste and smell not so good but the health benefits are great
