If you don't know the difference between normal tuna and albacore tuna then you don't even know what tuna taste like. This is the superior kind. The best fish from a very reputable Brand. Once you have this kind you won't mess with lesser tunas again.

StarKist solid white albacore tuna is the best. I’ve tried other brands with poor results. StarKist also sells a lower priced, lower quality tuna that I would not recommend. Solid white albacore is consistently high quality you can rely on.

Read the fine print. 120mg sodium per serving. They consider the can 2 servings! That's 240mg per can compared to Bumblebees 65mg per can. Even this skinnybutt doesn't get 2 servings from a can of tuna. I call BS on the low sodium claim. The tuna itself is pretty good and the price is outstanding but if you are really watching the sodium get the Bumblebee instead.
