No difference between these and name brand
I've used Marshalltown and others, this is comparable. Plenty hard, wares down at the same rate.

As expected. A varnished handle would be better.
Nothing special, just what you'd expect. Would be better if the handle were varnished so it didn't soak up the adhesive, making it impossible to wash off.
