Very surprised by this
This thing is class! I’ve got a dodgy shoulder, and this really helps me before and after bouldering! Also helps with tennis elbow. It’s small enough to take with me too, and the battery seems to last ages. I’m glad I took a punt on this!

this is quite easy to use, fitting the straps being slightly awkward. It does provide some pain reduction and is quite a good buy.

Good design and sturdy build but ineffective
This product is a good design, well built and with very easy to use controls. It fits perfectly on the knee but unfortunately that is where the good points end. The 5 volt rechargeable battery power infra red lights that provide barely discernible heat and vibration that can be felt but not to an extent that, in my view, is likely to provide any meaningful benefit. Hardly surprising given the low voltage power.I got no benefit from this device at all and returned it.

This was such aa great purchase, I wore this every day and have noticed a massive improvement! Anyone who is suffering with knee paid I'd highly reccomend.
