I wear a size 8.5, bought a size 9 since that's not an available size option (that's why I docked a star as well). However, that being said, my ring arrived quickly, and I think that it looks very nice. I was worried I might get an ugly one due to seeing a picture one customer had posted, though his being the only one, I figured I'd give it a shot (couldn't beat the price, and if worst came to worst, I could always return it). Mine came in a tiny plastic zip lock baggie inside a little ring box. The size was attached to it with a jewelry sticker. The ring is slightly big on me (again due to size) however, I am going to see if I can have my local jeweler bring it down to size. It fits and I don't think it's going to come off, I just prefer it not to wiggle so much.It's a commanding ring. I never had a school ring, but it's easily that size. It's lightweight though given the size. The color is very nice, and I don't see anything wrong with it. It's not a 'pop out' gold color as shown in the images, it's a little muddier than that, but I don't mind that so much as it's sheer size will bring an onlookers attention all by itself.If I can get it resized I'll be a 100% happy camper with this purchase. Not sure if the coloring will fade or not at this point, but if it does I'll update my review.EDIT:According to some online research, it is expensive and time consuming to get a stainless steel ring resized. I will probably save my money, and attempt to resize it myself in some creative way. The ring is light and comfortable to wear all day long. I even forgot that I had it on. The colour of it is more akin to bronze/copper than gold, so be aware of that fact. Although that may be, it still is a very nice ring to look at. The size of it is quite wide and has a commanding presence to it.

This is the first Amazon review I have ever written. I was concerned about quality as I only paid $10 and was looking for something that would represent well. This ring is very nice and has a college style look to it. Sizing was dead on. Would recommend.

Pretty nice ring. It's heavy. It has good details. Some of the detailing could be much sharper. Comparing this ring, to one I received when joining is comparing apples to oranges. My original ring is a "cleaner" ring when it comes to the details. I added a photo. My original ring is on the right side of the photo..

Really nice ring! Hubby loved it but he is a size 10 and I got a size 10 and it was too small so now I have to return it back for a bigger size. Also in the inside of the ring it coating was fading off so you can see the color underneath the gold. So I'm sending it back hoping it comes back fully coated and his size.

Good value for money. I’ve got compliments from people asking what ring it is. What makes it pops out is the black vs gold contrast. I keep reordering as the black fades over 7-8 months. Also, sometimes the new ring has black all over the inner background, so the stripes and alternating black and gold is not visible. I also am slightly irked that the square is not exactly at 90 Deg.

Looks like a five dollar ring from the dollar store. I dont know what I was thinking, this looks so ridiculous Im sending it back. No way will I wear thing in public. Looks like a toy lol.

Rating based on price versus quality so for Inam very pleased haven't worn it enough to comment on how it will holdup with a lot of wearing, hand washing etc

The size was not perfect a bit smaller than advertised, was only able to fit in my pinky finger but the design is great!

Finally I received it. It took a long time but I love it. It is well designed and the quality is good. I recommend it.
