This is a great little set of crochet hooks! It comes with sizes 2.0mm to 10.0mm, plastic AND metal tapestry needles and you can never have too many stitch markers! Plus let's not forget the pouch! The hooks are high quality for the price. They feel good in your hand. The soft plastic handle is smooth, no hanging chads to be found. I like that the neck (it is it the shaft? I can't remember the actual name) is long enough to hold more than a few loops. Also these ergonomic hooks are "full tang" if you will. There is a whole metal hook inside the soft handle, not just the hook part. This is my second and third sets. There's nothing wrong with the original set, just that after time hooks tend to go walkabout. It's been maybe a year and a half since i purchased my first set but i think they have improved. I don't remember getting metal needles in my first set, so that was a nice surprise. There's a pouch by mr pen that's made specifically for crochet hooks that these fit into nicely that also has a lot of space for all the notions, extra hooks, measurement tape etc (I'll have to edit this review to add as that entire pouch has walked off - I'm a little disorganized :⁠-⁠D) that i like better than the cute owl pouch, but the owl pouch will get used for other crochet related items so it's another perk in my opinion. Honestly my only complaint is that the included stitch markers were just loose in the pouch. They could have put them in a little ziplock baggie :-| the stitch markers are ok quality. Any plastic stitch maker will break eventually if you crochet as hard as i do :⁠-⁠D 10/10 recommend. I wouldn't be surprised if i buy a few more of these :⁠-⁠D

This is an awesome pack of crochet hooks! I love the carrying case too! It will fit right inside my bag and keep everything organized and within easy reach. It’s great to have the needles handy to finish off projects as well. Every size is right there where I need it. I received two instead of just the one that I ordered and returning the extra kit was very simple and took less than 5 minutes of my time. Perfect for my needs and great value for the money. The colors will make it simple to differentiate between hooks quickly. They feel very comfortable and durable and will function well for my crocheting needs.

I got the ones labeled “light blue.” It came with crochet hooks from size US 2.0mm to 10mm, 6 plastic knitting needles, 8 metal needles in various sizes with a tiny tube and lid to keep them in, 10 stitch markers, and a pair of scissors with a safety cover, and a carrying case. They have a soft silicone handle and they’re really comfortable in your hands. I can already tell I’m going to like them so much more than my clay handled hooks. They glide right through the project and my hands don’t get as tired as fast. Also each hook size is marked on one side with black ink and on the other side it is actually engraved ( or molded I guess would be the word)into the actual silicone in case the ink rubs off after many uses. Seriously couldn’t be happier, especially since they were so cheap!

I've been crocheting for 25 years and these are by far my favorite budget hooks, and I even prefer them to some expensive ones. I have fairly bad carpal tunnel and arthritis in both hands, and am unable to use a lot of crochet hooks at this point, but these are extremely comfortable to work with. They are accurate to standard hook size (ex a 5.5mm is the size it should be). The soft ergonomic handle is the perfect amount of squishy, and the thumb grip is well placed. The steel runs all the way down the hook, and the soft grip hasn't come detached after extensive use like a lot if cheap ones tend to do. The neck and handle are both a nice, long length. I hold my look like a knife, not a pencil, and on some hooks if the handle isn't long enough it causes horrible cramping. The neck is long enough to comfortably accommodate thick stitches (like puff). I included comparison photos between the 5.5mm Clover Soft Touch and this hook, showing the size and head comparison. I MUCH prefer this set. Also in the background is my last project finished with these hooks, and my current WIP.

Love these hooks. Very soft grips and a nice size handles so I can crochet for a while without my hands hurting. The extras that came with this are great too. The bag is a bit flimsy but I don’t plan on using it anyhow. Very good value.

I like the soft grips, the clear numbers/letters on each hook. The hooks range from small to moderately large. The blunt needles will be useful. There are ten locking stitch markers included. The little bag is cute. I used the H (5.0mm) on my project. It works fine, smooth with no snagging and the grip made it comfortable to use. The snips are useless. I tried to sharpen them but no luck. Anyway, I have scissors. I bought the set mainly for the hooks. The price is so low, as were my expectations, so I'm ahead. This set seems fairly good. I will try the other hooks before the return window closes.

I didn’t buy this for anything other than all the crochet hooks. My daughter needed a larger needle size 8 but I figured I wanted a bundle that had more options for when she starts another project we would have to go looking for more. This bundle has so many from teeny tiny to large. This is a great! Wish we would have started with this. All the extra things are just a bonus. The bag barely fit everything included inside of it so don’t count on it being your catch-all but it’s great to bring your tools for the project along with you. Great for beginners! Hooks are a good size, made well, no snags.

Bought this set a year ago & since then I've tried 2 or 3 others, the best budget crochet set, for the price this is a nice set, once I bought a tulip hook to try & hated it because it has engraving so raised it irritated my hand but these are smooth & honestly just as good as clover, the clover is nice that's my 1st choice if I had the $ for them, bu this is definitely my 2nd favorite, the tulip brand wasn't good...not for me anyway I cannot see the hype w that brand at all.
