Great leggings once I figured out an easy way to get them on.
These compression leggings were recommended by my physical therapist for my lympho/lipedema knees and legs. I was hesitant of how the upper part of these leggings would affect my gut issues from several surgeries, but I’ve found the high waistband and lighter compression on the tummy area to be quite comfortable. Update: I’ve worn this pair and another pair almost daily for over a month. They seem to be very durable and wash up nicely. These are thicker leggings. Great for cooler temps. As far as getting these on, once I figured out how to do it (definitely do not use the “scrunch” method recommended on the package) I find these go on relatively easily and without pain. Tip: fold them inside out until you have a lower leg amount about the length of a knee high. Pull on up to your knee (like you’d put on a knee high sock). At this point the rest of the legging should be folded back over your calves so that the crotch is inside out at your ankles. Now begin taking about 4-6” and unfold above your knees. Do this again until the legging is about mid-thigh. At this point you can just unfold them the rest of way up over your belly and make any minor adjustments you need to. Reverse the process when you take them off and they’ll be ready to go the next day. The whole process takes me less than a minute and is pain free. Hope this is helpful for anyone with painful legs.

Fits to size. Less soreness at night
I was happy that the size I normally wear fit! I’m 5’2 140lbs. I have lipedema, and wanted something compression during the day. So far they seem to work well. The indents make my legs look like a mermaid when I take them off. I also see that they’re made in Italy! Which is almost always good quality. Getting them on is a common struggle, but they have to be snug. They are pretty comfortable once you get them on. They stretch really well. I don’t feel so much soreness before bed.

Love the fit and the compression, very comfortable
I LOVE these compression leggings. I ordered one pair to try them out. After trying them out, I just placed another order for more. The suggested sizing works well for me. Using the included instructions, I was able to pull them on with no problem. The fit is comfortable for me. I frequently wear yoga pants and do yoga, and these fit in very well with my wardrobe. I really like that they are so comfortable, they allow me to go barefoot, and that the compression covers a lot more than just wearing compression socks. What a great find that meets an important need for me!

Not sure
After wearing these for a few weeks I changed my rating to 4 stars - I actually really like them. They are still difficult to get on but I have gotten used to it and it seems a bit easier with practice. I’m not sure on these leggings - they definitely are compression, and they leave the little marks on my legs so I think they might work long term. I have not had them long enough to say for sure any difference. My issue with them is they are so tight to get on - like it’s painful putting them on and trying to pull them up. I’m nervous my nails will rip them and they hurt my fingers from the fabric pulling and rubbing (almost like a rug burn). Once I get them on it’s fine - they are tight but not crazy uncomfortable - but the process of getting them on is so annoying I find myself not really wanting to wear them. Also since it’s such a struggle to pull them on I worry I will definitely rip them at some point. For the price - I am on the fence if they were worth it.

Great for HyperPOTS & Lymphedema!
Next best compression leggings to the Italian Czsalus brand! I have to wear compression leggings that compress all the way up that actually work to help keep my HyperPOTS & Lymphedema in check, NOT the graduated that loses 40-50% compression around the thighs and on up which are a waste of $. I wear a M in CzSalus and I sized down for more compression in Bioflect with S/M since they do lose a little compression after 14-16 hours and their M/L just didn’t compress/work as well for me for all day wear. If you know compression and CzSalus these are just a bit less compressive but still work extremely well. Quality is better than most including Jobst. Wash on delicate cycle or hand wash and lay flat to dry. Cheaper than CzSalus and may not last as long due to the difference in fabrics but they might, just take care of them as you would any other expensive clothes item. Between these and CzSalus you’re getting a quality product that does cost less but is dependable in knowing it’s doing what’s it says. Best advice for putting them on is to lay on the bed with legs in the air, no bending over getting dizzy and blood pooling making it much harder than it needs to be, it’s quite the spectacle lol but worth it. I don’t regulate temperatures very well and don’t sweat, etc so I can’t allow myself to get too hot anyways but these are actually breathable in hotter temperatures worn under thinner fabric pants. I think it helps that they are more fabric than pantyhose material allowing them to be breathable. I wouldn’t wear to an outside concert in Tx summer temps under pants but definitely ok in the ac and may be ok under a light maxi dress with a breeze? After trying numerous brands and types, these are definitely worth every penny. Slightly see through so keep your bum covered. Thick enough to keep legs/knees warm in fall temps if paired with a dress and boots. They look good as a textured pair of leggings for those fall & winter outfits while providing the much needed compression and support without the dreaded waistband cutting into your belly. Smooth but also textured, more textured on the inside and yes they do leave an impression pattern on your skin that goes away but they are doing their job and feel great! Also I have had to hang dry them overnight to wear the next day and dried quickly without losing shape.

The best !
Literally the best compression garment I have ever worn. So comfortable. I have lipidema and phlebo-lymphedema and have tried so many different socks, leggings, etc! These are worth every penny. High quality true to size.

Lovely so comfortable, I wear these all day instead of gym pants. 178cm tall 115kg. Size XXL These are the best compression tights Ive every bought, although I haven't bought compression pants in about 15 years. These fit well land are easy to get on/off and the fabric ribbing seems to massage the legs. I feel like these are working as my legs are feeling better. If only they had pockets.

Fit: great Effectiveness: excellent Comfort: perfect I love these, they really help with my heavy leg lymphadema . Definitely would recommend, even at the price (though would be great if cheaper).

Too expensive for what they are.

I ordered it when I looked at the good reviews, I must say the compression is similar to the tights I already have. Bit they are way too big and they go way above my waist and I have a very long torso, I could put then over my bra. I disppointed because there is no option for exchange and I paid a good amount of money for customs clearance that I can’t get back and that I would have to pay again if I ordered it in another size which is roughly 40-50$ more than the already steep price of the leggings. Disappointed. Will change my review if I can get a size that fits

I bought these after trying a couple of other brands of compression leggings that were either very uncomfortable or cheaply made. I wasn't feeling overly confident that these would be great either, but I'm pleasantly surprised. I have lipedema and venous insufficiency, so compression is a must. These leggings are SO comfortable. They're quite high waisted, but I'm okay with that because they don't dig in at the waist or constantly fall down. They provide even compression from top to bottom & are well made, so no snagging or ripping. They're not see through, so you could get away with wearing them alone (versus underneath other clothing). I'm 5'7" and 180 pounds & I bought XL, which fits perfectly. So far, I only have the black pair, but I'm planning on getting a nude pair as well. My only criticism is that I wish they came in more colors because I'd buy them all!
