I got this to help keep my ipod earbuds in while swimming laps and indeed, it makes all the difference in the world. I don't know how I got along for a year fighting to keep them in till I came to my senses and put a cap on. This one fits perfectly over your ears and is snug and even warm for the cool days when the breezes chill your bodyparts that come out of the water ie. your head.Update: there are strange spots and exterior wrinkles developing, however I don't know if this is normal but I took 1 star back.

Fabulous!!
This cap is the most wonderful fabric!!! So soft and fits so well. Not one thing uncomfortable about it. It comes in a tube that can very well be reused. I can't say enough good things about this cap.

Ok, not great
It keeps your hair put, but water still goes in and i sometimes have to stretch it out frpm the back to get the water out. So i dont think it protects haor from chlorine but it doesn't pull on your hair either... a good price would be $6-$7 bucks, but not worth the 12$ that i paid.

Very easy to put on
I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because I'd prefer if it were a bit bigger to cover my entire ears. I like it and use it for my daily swim. I especially like the material; I tried a silicone cap but had to return because it was impossible to put it on comfortably. The spandex is much better

This could only fit a child or small adult (and I’m 5’ and small). It does not stay on well.

This cap is very big - it's way too loose on me to be very effective. (And I'm an adult, so that fact that it says "Adult Men Women Youth Child" is crazy - there's no way this is for kids.)

Very comfortable. Very easy to put on and take off. Fits a little loosely (my hat size is 7 1/8 - 7 1/4). Very durable. Certainly the easiest to use and most comfortable swimming cap I've used.

Check size before buying.
Should have looked at the sizes more carefully. This cap was just a bit too large for my head and water would go into the cap. The reason I bought this was to keep the chorine out of my hair so it wouldn't become damaged.
