For $40, this product should work. Out of the box it was far too small, though there was no size indicator on the product. The instructions were lacking and the whole product is defective. If you check reviews, many are not even for this actual product. SCAM. I'd like my money back.

This device was very narrow and did not even fit on my teeth ( I ordered a women's size) and have normal teeth and mouth size. It looked like a small child's tooth mold. The thickness if VERY bulky and uncomfortable and the plastic is very hard! I took it apart to just try the bottom to see if I could get used to it and it was still bulky (probably because it did not mold to my teeth due to the narrow size).Also, I did not see anything on the selling site that said it is NOT to be used if you have TMJ. I felt like I did after wearing it for 15 minutes trying to make it work. Sadly, dissatisfied with the product as I was eager to try it.

This item is unsuitable if you have a normal sized mouth. It is made out of materials that do not mold as was promised. The item was too small! Do not waste your money on this product. Amazon should take this off their purchasing options!!!

Hello there. Sorry but I gotta say, it didn't work. I tried molding it 3 times. It doesn't do what it suppose to do. During the night it falls out of my mouth. And snoring coming back.

I did not use this item because it was much too small for my mouth and I was especially disappointed when I could not return it. So that was a waste of money…

It is made for children or Dwafs! Way too small and CRAP!

This product comes in one size, which might fit a two year old. Waaaay too small and NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS!!! VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS AND I WOULD URGE EVERYBODY TO NOT BUY IT!

Mouth guard is too small, bottom teeth guard falls out. I tried to prepare it again and it failed again.
