Christmas Character Wig with Wire Braids in 4 Colors

My opinion depends on what you are using this wig for. For a halloween/party costume, it works for what you pay for. However, I am a professional performer who has a TON of experience with wigs. I had a last minute gig come up and needed a wig quickly and resorted to amazon. It's very shiny as the hair strands are made of a plastic fiber. I essentially had to restyle the entire wig by unbraiding and rebraiding it, sewing the braids to the wig cap, and laying it down in the back to hide the spots where the hairs were uneven. I also added different bows and garland as the one it comes with looks cheap. However, it held up for 3 days of 10 hours of performing. Long story short, you get what you pay for. An actual wig meant for performing costs hundreds of dollars, this costs $40. If you're experienced with wigs and have the time, it does have the potential to look good, but it takes a lot of work. My photos include the after product at the event as well as the initial try on out of the bag with the braids bobby pinned in place (as well as the back) before any restyling was done. Super easy to just put on and go. Just had to pin the braids where i wanted them and it fit great and looked great all night. There is even a snap on the inside that clips together if you want to make it more snug on your head. I got a lot of compliments!

This wig works fine for a Cindy Loo Hoo Christmas Parade, but it does slide around a bit if you have long hair. I pulled mine into a pony tail and tucked it up under the wig but it was sliding around a bit. Works for an adult head. Not sure if it would work on a child. Itchy, but what wig isn't? I used a holiday headband similar to the one in the grinch movie to help hold it in place

This wig was better than I expected. I have a larger head and it fit perfectly. The wig was well constructed and the braids were strong and stayed up well. I did choose to sew the ends of the braids to the cap so that they would stay “up”. I also added a bigger bow and bells. I sprayed it with dry shampoo to lessen the fake shiny look. I got a tonne of compliments and was overall very happy with it.

Wires in wig stuck out you could not bend them to do the loops like in the picture.Hair part of wig was ugly .I planned to return this but got phemonia and was to sick before last day to return.Could not get wig to stay on .I don’t recommend it.

The wig fit me just fine, but I can see if you have a big head, it probably wouldn't. The braids need to be pinned, they do not stay up on their own. The ends of the two braids are NOT curled and just straight. I am probably going to return as it is not what I expected.

The wig is fine the dress however was 7"shy of going around the boobs so I just purchased more material and had it enlarged...not like I'm going to wear it again....I would think it was a little expensive for the items you get being the dress which is basically a hospital gown with fur trim and the red shawl but it will work for our Christmas parade. I am normally a Large so to say this is a standard size I'm not sure what to make of that.
