- Micro-Mark Basic Color Model Paint Set - Versatile Paint Set for Models, Miniatures, and Crafts

This was a gift for my husband. He customize Hotwheels. At first, he hesitated a little but one he tried them, he changed his mind. The size, thickness and level of adhesion are just right.

I think these are solid paints. They come out of the bottle with a smooth consistency and don't really need any thinning. They have good coverage, and there's a decent amount of colors for a basic set. The set doesn't have metallics, so you might want to pick up the fantasy set if you want those as well. All in all I have to say I look forward to using these paints, and think they're great value for the pricepoint.

Great paint

For the most part the paints are easy to water down, great for base coats or highlights, provides good coverage, and easy to clean off brushes. The grey paint looks more like a rusty grey though and even after several layers its hard to get s good grey shade.

good paint and it mixed well with other paint and its a good color paint for all of it. Its also not too thin or thick its perfect and good for small models, clay or 3d prints.

Micro mark makes a great product im glad I went with this brand, Im just getting into airbrushing models

This makes a great entry point for people starting out with miniature painting. I bought this as a gift for my nephew and they’re working great for him. Most sets like this cost 2-3x as much so this is a no brainer for someone wanting to get started without breaking the bank.

Decent paints for the price. Some are very pastel colored and not great saturation. 7/10. The added thinner and acryl cleaner are nice additions to the set.
