So I thought I'd try these reeds as they're meant to be better for beginners and the 2 thickness is between Vandoren ...
I'm a beginner of 3 months, almost 4 on Clarinet and I've been using Traditional Vandoren 2 reeds. My teacher sometimes asked me if I find them easy/hard to play on and I didn't know as I've never had anything to compare it to. So I thought I'd try these reeds as they're meant to be better for beginners and the 2 thickness is between Vandoren 1.5 and 2,0.The reeds are soft to the touch and enable me to play the higher notes with ease in quick succession, something I was struggling with before. These reeds feel great to play with! I recommend them!

A good quality reed beginners and early Grades.
A good quality reed. Perfect for beginners as it is easy to blow but will still help them to produce a reasonable pleasing tone. Pupils like the stylish packaging and that the reed cases are red.

Just beginning on the clarinet. Received a thick reed with the instrument, swapped for one of these and WOW!! what a difference. The instrument sounds 100% better and is much easier to play...highly recommended ;0)
