Very Cool!
I love this mic stand! I have been using the same mic stand for the last 20 years and it finally had enough of my abuse. I bit the bullet and bought this stand. I love it!!!!! It's great for live performances. At first, it's a little hard to figure out because there are so many screws that adjust so many different heights and setups. But, once you get it set to how you want to use it on stage, it's so cool. The tablet holder is the best bonus. I didn't think I'd like it at first, but it will adjust to any way you want it set up. Once you have it set for how you like it on stage, the breakdown is super easy. You just turn one screw to release to legs and push it up, that's it. then it goes into the pile of other stands that are being packed up. Easy setup, easy breakdown. So much better than my old stand. I have an 11 inch tablet with my lyrics and chords that I attach to it. Way, way cool. It is stable, and it doesn't slide. We do 4 sets of music and the tablet and mic stays in place. No sagging or drooping. I have a bad habit of grabbing the mic and pulling it up or down depending on whether I'm just singing, or singing and playing guitar. It moves just the way I want it to without having to unscrew it. I can be right in the middle of a song and adjust the mic head without getting off my place to unscrew it and reset it. Yes, I abuse my mic stand, but this stand seems like it can take it. I have beat the crap out of my old stand, and I should have bought a new one sooner. I really love this stand! The only very small down side is that when you are attaching you tablet, if you're not careful, you'll pinch the web of your hand, so you have to watch the way you handle the tablet holder. It is super strong, and it will bite you if you're not careful. Great mic stand great tablet holder!!!

Best bang-for-your-buck music stand
Surprised. That was my reaction to opening, viewing and piecing together all of the parts to this music stand. For this price point, I was not expecting anything of nearly this quality, which just goes to show how much other brands are overcharging. This is also one of the few that actually includes a usable phone/tablet mount, which is a great addition for guys like me who have trouble remembering lyrics (and chords). Anyway, here's my "unboxing" experience: -Item comes in a fairly small box -- kind of wide, about 16-18" wide, and only about 4 or 5" square-ish on the ends. -Each part of the stand is individually wrapped, which includes several stand shafts, a mic clip, tablet/phone clip, the base and an articulating extension for the tablet/phone mount. Surprisingly, there is also a decent carrying bag included, while not of the highest quality but it definitely does the job. -Putting this together is pretty intuitive, but if you need instructions, be warned that mine were kind of hidden inside the carrying bag so I just put it together without instructions, which was fairly simple if you've ever used a stand before. -The build quality is excellent, mostly made of metal with the exception of the nuts covers, clips, feet, etc. My only minor gripe is that the "flexible" arm for the tablet mount is not very flexible. It takes quite a bit of force to move it in any direction so be very careful and make sure you hold the bottom part of it when adjusting the angle so that you don't put too much pressure on the rest of the stand. -Amazingly, this actually fit my iPad Air (5th Gen), which is nearly 10" (9.7"). It took a little coaxing, but it went in after stretching the mount to its limit. Overall, this has to be the best bang-for-your-buck music stand out there. I've seen many similar stands priced at near or even over $100, so if you're looking a flexible stand to hold your mic and phone/tablet, this one's a no-brainer, IMHO.

Good for lighter attachments
I was in need of a tripod for microphone in a podcast production and purchased this product. Overall, a good product, but it was struggling with heavier microphones at the end and the arm would not hold up when used with a light of microphone no challenges, great, and easy to work with.

Great stand
Useually don't review this quickly but this is a great stand. It will hold an Ipad, but in my case it held my small 4 channel mixer while I was playing. Price point is perfect you will not be dis appointed .

Great Fit
This microphone stand is great for these reasons: (1) My Condenser microphone has a mount piece, that fits perfect onto this microphone stand. (2) This fits to my height of 5 feet tall. (3) This is easy and quick to put together for a beginner music artist. Functionability, Stability, Value for money, Adjustment ability and Look are all good with this microphone stand.

It’s what you’d expect for $30
It’s a $30 mic stand, so of course it’s not a quality item. It’s basically the stand for a cheap ring light. There’s no sort of counter balance so any mic you out on it will either need to be really light or very close to the shaft, eliminating the entire purpose of the boom arm. I needed something cheap and mobile for a Rode NT1 and even that mic is pushing the limits of what this stand can support. The legs are typical folding legs and have no weight to them, so they’re usually uneven and you’ll need to tape the stand down to keep it steady. The goose neck and phone/table clasp are surprisingly better quality than expected, so that was a positive. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it for anyone looking for anything more than a really cheap stand.
