I'm super consistent about taking one every day. It's got a mix of stuff that keeps my joints in good shape. It takes a bit for it to kick in, like a couple of weeks, but it's surprisingly tasty, so I never forget to take it. I always keep some on hand because it's seriously changed my life. It tastes like thick strawberry juice, which isn't too shabby. Taking a liquid joint supplement beats trying to remember a bunch of pills any day. I've been telling everyone I know about it, and now they're just as enjoyed as I am.

I'm a runner with Two bad knees and arthritis in my hands so I'm hopeful it is as helpful as it claims. It is definitely easy to take but dropper won't fill to the 2ml line🤷🏼‍♀️

It's great to have this product in an easy-to-use dropper bottle. I previously used a 32-oz. bottle of liquid product, but this is so much more convenient. I just drop the recommended amount either under my tongue or in my coffee. Presto, done!

Just started taking this a week ago; too soon to tell if it’s helping my joint pain.

The media could not be loaded.  I went to take some drops and only would get a little, the dropper wouldn’t fill so I decided to take it out and check it. I find a bunch of mold !! I can’t return it get my money back but be careful with your product.

It is a genius combination of ingredients in this supplement, IMO. I have taken most of these supplements separately for some time and am very pleased to find this combination all in one easy to use liquid. Eliminates taking a lot of capsules or pills otherwise. Will be repurchasing this product as I find that it works for my needs. Recommended

I have compared the dosage to the giant pills we were using, and only the chondroitin is less, but there are additional ingredients, so hopefully it will be a fair trade off.The flavor is good. You're supposed to take 2ml under the tongue for 10 seconds before swallowing for optimal absorption. This is a much easier way to take this supplement for my husband.I have to administer it to him, due to cognitive decline, and the instructions are confusing. If I just do the 2ml, the written instructions were not made for the dropper that comes with the bottle. It has a 1ml dropper, and after the initial 1ml, I have been unable to get it to draw more than .75ml. So, it isn't as easy to administer as it could be with a 2ml dropper. But it far outweighs the big pills he normally takes.I had to get a wrench to open the lid!
