The product worked great the one time that I've used it. Make sure that you follow the instructions because you can damage the tool easily.

Broke during first use.
Poor quality! One of the teeth used to engage the oil filter housing broke off during use. The tool seemed to be good quality due to the metal construction but it failed when put to the test. I will be returning this.

Worked once, then broke
Well it worked fine once, but the second time we used it, it broke. Great idea but not the proper material or design for this type of tool. Especially when car repair is a daily job

Good fit, weak material
This was a perfect fit for my 2015 Toyota Prius but my filter was so tight that when I put a little muscle into it to loosen it, the "teeth" of the cap broke off! I don't know if the filter is abnormally tight or if this was made with cheap metal, either way I wasn't able to remove the cap for the filter.
