Very potent
Grapefruit is one of my favorite flavors. Having POTS, im always looking for new electrolytes, and I love that liquid IV has many different flavors to pick from. I have always thought they’re a bit too potent though, so I would recommend using far more water than it calls for!

Do NOT get grapefruit
I love these and I’m not saying don’t buy them, I’m just suggesting stay away from the grapefruit flavor. It’s bitter which isn’t the big issue, but it’s giving me pretty bad acid reflux. I’ve had to take a lot of tums to make it go away. Never again, there’s so many other good flavors
