Good quantity, great taste.
Tastes well mixed and cooked with masoor daal, should be kept in freezer or refrigerator once opened, as within a month the bugs started appearing inside.

dope vegan eggs
These make delicious vegan "eggs" (used recipe from Edgy Veg's youtube video posted 7/5/21). Never had these beans before. So tasty. Now I'm going to have to try making traditional recipes like Moong Daal Ka Cheela

Cabinet Staple
I keep this in the cabinet as a staple! This is very easy to digest, easy and quick to make, and can be "dressed up" with spices. I mix equal amounts moong dal and rice, soak for 20 minutes. I prepare the pan with some oil (ghee or olive oil), warm spices ( Maharishi Ayurveda Organic Pitta Churna (Spice Mix) , curry or whatever), drain the dal and rice, warm in oil, add water (at least twice the volume of dal and rice) and simmer for 20 minutes (or up to an hour - very flexible).
