These blackout blinds were very easy to install by simply following the instructions. They do an excellent job blocking the morning sun and, during the summer, they help keep the room cooler by blocking out the intense heat. I bought them because I work nights and sleep during the day, and they’ve made a huge difference. They roll up manually, which is simple to do, and come with handy clips to hold them at whatever height you prefer. I haven’t had any issues with them sticking or staying in place on the window frame. They’re durable, priced well, and perfect for creating a dark, comfortable space while keeping the room from overheating, these work well.

This is such a great product, for privacy and darkness 24/7! It’s not completely blacking out near the windows by themselves unless if you do a really good job, but with some curtains I’m sure you’ll be in the darkness all day. This is a picture I took at 11am! And that was only with the blinds, getting curtains today can’t wait to see nothing but darkness when they’re installed! Also they come with very sticky tape to put on the window, I would say it took be about 2 minutes per blind to install! Very easy to install if you want a quick install. Personally I don’t mind the look of the product, it’s not the most aesthetically pleasing thing (hence the getting of blinds) but it’s definitely a bang for your buck . Lastly these fit my windows almost perfectly! 10/10 product as of now :)

Ok , My honest opinion! Not bed! Do what they were made to do better than many that call themselves "black out curtains" and are hardly that! These were a good deal, they completely block out the light just as they were supposed to. They stuck on well on top. But yes there's a BUT .. ... rolling these up . . . . is tedious, and can be very frustrating at times, like when you accidentally hold it wrong and then you have to start all over again! If they could find a better way to roll them up when you want the light to shine in, that'd be great! Because whatever they're made out of they block the sun extremely well, and my kids only sleep in the dark the very very dark so these were extremely necessary. But the only downside is the rolling them out by hand.

These really black out your room. Easy to install and can be rolled up if you want natural light. The size is good and adjustable.

These are a good beginner set. It's the rolling the shades up every time. I literally have to do this twice a day because I work overnight. Sometimes I forget or am too tried, so I'll go a day or two without letting the sunlight in.

Do not buy these! There are better ones out there on Amazon or anywhere else but these i regret buying! What they dont show you is the ugly tacky aluminum backing it has when you look into your windows from outside, it looks like you have aluminum foil on your window. Again please dont buy! Its horrible to install, and doesn't fit the windows, I even ordered the ones that were supposed to fit my windows

I've purchased 4 of these and really like them! The material is not thick but does have a silver lining that reflects the sun that comes through the windows and keeps our room cool. I measured our windows and found that 36 inches in width was the best option because anything wider would over cover - although this might be a better option and anything under wouldn't cut it. All in all a really good product! Pros: Easy to install - took less than 3 minutes Keeps just enough sun out that we can watch movies without the glare Good value for the quality Cons: Rod that rolls curtain up is longer than the curtain making it awkward for a window that sits inside a cubby. (See pics) Doesn't completely keep all light out from small gaps on the sides
