Device won’t turn on
Received mine and was so excited to try it out. Unfortunately the device never turned on and there wasn’t a charger in my box. I didn’t use it right away as I was finishing up my last product and now it too late to return. I paid full price and now I see it’s on sale. Super disappointed.

Soothing Experience
Add this to your skincare routine! It’s easy and relaxing to use with great results.The warmth and the vibration is really soothing. Almost the same relaxing feeling of placing a warm towel over the eyes, except this is concentrated under the eyes. Not only is it relaxing, but I definitely think my eyes actually look more relaxed after using this. My skin looks hydrated and refreshed.The packaging lacks instructions, but in the listing, a photo details which settings to use & in which order & for how long. It’s easy to charge & use. I don’t attach the cream to the device. Instead I just add a few dots of cream beneath each eye and then use the device as instructed. It makes it a little easier to hold and easier to store.This is definitely something I would recommend. I always feel so pampered after using it!

A small tool to use around the delicate eye area
This is a neat concept. The tool is small enough to gently work around the delicate eye area. I find it be a relaxing home spa/pampering option. It’s very easy to use and I like to apply it before bed. It’s a soothing cream and I haven’t experienced any breaking out or discomfort. For me the compact size and ease of use is what I love most. I reach for it often because it’s so user friendly. I would recommend!

These ingredients are OTC, and the cost tops $5.00 dollars. It came with a tool called meditherapy device that did absolutely nothing. It lights up, but no heat came from it. It came with no instructions and based on looking at the devise, it has an opening to recharge it. Guess what--no charger came with it. No iPhone charger fits. Chine companies are taking the American consumers for ride.
