Rather disappointing overall
The best thing about these braces is how easily you can put them on and take them off thanks to the velcro straps. Other than that, the material is far too stiff, and the braces are uncomfortable while squatting. Also, I didn't understand why I had to provide precise measurements above and below the knee, when in fact the product label says it's one size fits all.

Correct Design at a Competitive Price
I run everyday, this was true before and after had a major knee surgery which was unrelated to my running. Since then I have used many sorts of knee supports while running.I used simple compression sleeves, ones that comes with a band under the knee, or dual strap ones with tons of features. Yet I like these ones the best.First of all I would stay away from the compression sleeves and the ones that comes with a single band under the knee because they do not claim to do what they are supposed to do. Your knee support should support the knee by taking the pressure and shock away from the knee tendons that attach to your calves and quadriceps. Compression bands simply tightens the area slightly, single band variations fail to support your quads and this might lead to further injuries.I like these Soles braces because they are correctly designed without the bells and whistles that practically do nothing but inflate the price, they are comfortable, easy to wear, easy to wash. I put them on, run, take them off and I am done.
