Great taste, great benefits. Just an overall well-made product. I love taking these with me while golfing or participating in any kind of outdoor activity. They help to keep you hydrated and your body full of electrolytes, so you are able to continue to perform at the level you expect. My whole family loves these! Just add to a bottle of water, shake it up, and enjoy. It mixes so easily, so there is never any leftover particles when you drink it. These are also great for when you are sick, or hungover. They restore hydration quickly, and taste great!

Delicious hydration and taste! I order these every month to stay hydrated and it works great. The flavor is great and reminds me of the popsicle. These are a must for camping and hot days! Highly recommend. They’re good for a larger cup like a Stanley or for a small pitcher. The packets are fairly large but they work in a regular 8 oz water bottle too if you want maximum hydration.

I’m a big fan of Liquid I.V. in general, but the Popsicle Firecracker flavor is hands-down one of my new favorites. It instantly brought me back to childhood summers chasing the ice cream truck for that classic red, white, and blue popsicle. The flavor is nostalgic without being too sweet, and it’s super refreshing—perfect for hot days. As for performance, it works just like the other Liquid I.V. flavors I’ve tried: within about 20 minutes I feel noticeably more hydrated and energized. I’ve used it after workouts, on busy mom days when I forget to drink enough water, and even during long days outside with the kids. It really does make a difference. The convenience factor is another win—I just toss a stick in my bag and mix it with a water bottle when I need it. No clumping, dissolves quickly, and always tastes smooth. Overall, this flavor is fun, nostalgic, and effective. If you’re already a Liquid I.V. fan, you need to try this limited flavor before it’s gone. And if you’ve never tried Liquid I.V., this is a great one to start with!

The vitiamin content helps to battle dehydration here in the desert. The quality and taste is amazing. These packets dissolve easily in sixteen ounces of water. I have switched from these ones to the sugar free ones because of the sugar content. I do find the ingredients way better than Gatorade and other brands on the market. The value for the money is okay. You only get a half a month in one pack.

Awesome product, I’m like a lot of people need more hydration, but absolutely cannot stand plain water, I’ve tried many many flavored waters that bombed on flavor, these are exceptional I’ve tried the cotton candy and the firecracker popsicle they are spot on in taste, and what I like most you can control how much flavoring, if you want the full flavor add the whole pack, if you want just enough flavor so it’s not plain boring water add half a pack or less it’s yours to customize, highly highly recommended, are they a bit pricey? yes but anything is better than being dehydrated that alone can cause lots of health issues, these are my new favorite water additive, along with the ROAR water they are my top 2 and I have no problems anymore getting my intake of daily water, also fyi put the water bottle after you have mixed in the flavoring into the freezer, just long enough for it to become slushy and you have one heck of a summertime drink anytime even in the winter

I bought this because I feel like I have been just so thirsty even after having water. I was looking for something to help me keep hydrated but to put into my water. I’m not huge on flavoring for water so your experience might be different. For me, I felt like I could have got by with a half packet for my 20 oz water. It tastes good and like the firecracker popsicles but just too much flavoring for my taste. My opinion is that the cherry is very prominent and tastes exactly like the Gatorade Frost Glacier Cherry which I like that one. I think my next bottle I’m going to try less of the packet to see if I like it better. It did work amazing for my dehydration feeling and I don’t feel super thirsty right now. I don’t feel tired either which is something I have been struggling with so having energy is a plus. This does contain 3x the electrolytes and has main daily vitamins so I will continue to use liquid iv. I don’t think it’s something that is necessary every day but is nice to drink when you really need it. I gave it 4 stars cause I thought it was a bit overwhelming with the flavor and a bit too sweet for me. A lot of the reviews seem to like the taste and doesn’t think it’s too sweet so I think it depends on your taste and what you like. If you are looking for something to help with dehydration, this stuff is amazing!

My teen athlete loves Liquid I.V. for keeping her hydrated, especially as the weather heats up. This is by far her favorite flavor. Love keeping it stocked through amazon so its always at hand.

The Popsicle type flavor seemed gross to me at first. I think the first time I tried it a couple years ago, I was like never again. Fast forward to more recently, and it is one of the only flavors I really like! I am not a person who regularly drinks water. I don't know why, but I am just not motivated to do so and liquid IV does help with that.
