Great seller
This chandelier is very pretty. It is small, so it’s perfect for a smaller space, looks great in my shoe closet. So another reviewer said about missing crystals. The same thing happened to us. We did not put it together until 6 months after the purchase. So we wrote to the seller and asked if we could buy additional crystals, as the return window already closed. The seller was great, they explained they don’t have loose crystals but offered to send us a whole other chandelier, if we did not mind to pay the $7 shipping fee. So we used the code provided and got a whole bunch of spare crystals that came with a new unit. I would buy from this seller again. Excellent customer service.

Gorgeous!!!
I wasn’t sure how this would look, primarily due to it being so inexpensive. Ahhh but then I realized why it was inexpensive - you have to put it together! No problem there - easy to do, and very well packaged. The end result is GORGEOUS!!! Stunning!!! Bought for a very large walk in closet - could only buy 1 at a time (not sure why?) but my 2nd one came today. LOVE THIS!!!

For the money it will do. Buuuttt.....
So first thing is first for the money it's nice. However there was an entire strand missing.The mounting hardware was incomplete in the sense that it was missing 2 nuts for the mounting bolts. Due to that problem the mount does not lay flush with the ceiling. And lastly many of the strands are chipped. The strands are held on by very flimsy O rings similar style as a key chain ring.With all this said I still love the light and will not be trying to return it because the issues are either fixable or will go unnoticed.

For a guy with big hands very difficult
After the purchase if I had to do it all over again being in male with large hands I wouldn't purchase it after about an hour of working finding a solution I only lost one after the accomplishment I'm proud I purchase it very beautiful in my hall I would purchase it again knowing how too put it together

Cute fancy addition to my entryway
I am so happy with this chandelier, it fits my front entryway perfectly and adds a little class with flair. It uses the same bulbs that my ceiling fan does so I just popped one in and it was set up with in an hour. The crystals took the longest to add on, but it was easy because I have fingernails. You may have a little trouble if you have thick fingers.I would definitely buy again, especially if I had a closet with a light switch.

Needs more attention to packing
These lights are difficult to get the crystals on. After struggling with that, I come to find out I dont have the right amounts of each strand, so I had to hide sections so they are not easily seen. Deapite being packed well, one of the strands of crystals was broken so I had to super glue them back together, nit very pretty. Once we began to connect the wiring, we found that the color of wires are not typical. All in all....once they are finally up, they do look very nice. I put 40w bulbs in them are they are plenty bright in my hallway.
