This works great without leaving me with a bad feeling in the morning. I get a great nights sleep and don’t feel drugged. It isn’t hard to wake up in the morning after taking this. Most of the time I take a half of one to get a good nights sleep.

I found Excedrin PM to be highly effective when I first used it. It took about 20 minutes to take effect, and I fell asleep quickly. However, I noticed that its effectiveness diminished with repeated use, and I had to cycle it to maintain its efficacy.It's important to note that one of the active ingredients, diphenhydramine, is an anticholinergic. According to research, anticholinergics may impede memory formation and could potentially have long-term consequences for brain health. As a result, I have decided to use this product more sparingly.Overall, Excedrin PM can be helpful for occasional sleeplessness, but it's crucial to be aware of the potential side effects and to use it judiciously.

I like excedrin products, this pill, for whatever reason works a lot better than a competitor’s generic version. Most sleep aid products just contain Tylenol and Benadryl, but I find that this brand just works more effectively to knock me out!

Only take 2. 3 will leave you hung over for a half a day and I can take strong prescription sleeping pills when available and they never leave me with a hangover Use with caution.
