Quick Start Guide 1.Wash Egglettes in warm, soapy water. Dry.Thoroughly and evenlycoat the entire inside with cooking spray or oil.Remove excess. 2.Add an egg or egg recipe of choice and twist lid on. 3.Fill pot with 3"-4"of water and heat toa rolling boil.Refer to optimized cooking times. 4.Remove carefully after cooking and place in cold water to cool eggs. 5.To remove egg,run tip of spoon around inside of cup between the egg and Egglettes,to release. NOTE:Use caution when handing.Product and content will be hot. Getting Started Read all the instructions thoroughly. Be sure to wash your Egglettes in warm,soapy water and dry prior to first use. Spray or oil the Egglette cups with one of the following recommended oils ●Cooking Spray: Spray interior of egglette cup with three short bursts. Thoroughly and evenly coat the entire inside with cooking spray.Remove excess cooking spray. ●Extra Virgin Olive Oil: place 1/2 tsp into the open Egglette cup. Thoroughly and evently coat the entire inside with oil. Remove excess oil. ●Coconut Oil: place 1/2 tsp into the open Egglette cup. Thoroughly and evently coat the entire inside with oil. Remove excess oil. Cooking Instructions ●Fill a pot with enough cold water so that the Egglette does not touch the botton (add an additional 1/2 inch of water to allow room for evaporation ).Heat water over high heat until it reaches a rolling boil. NOTE:It is best to always hold your Egglettes by the rim. ●When Egglette cups have been sufficiently oiled, fill each with the egg/egg recipe and close the lid by twisting it clockwise. NOTE:Be sure when adding a meat product, that the meat is fully cooked prior to adding to your uncooked Egglette. ●Hold Egglette cup by the top loop of the lid and place Egglette gently into boiling water. The pot may be covered ifpreferred.
