Rheumatoid Arthritis has kept the large joints in my hands permanently swollen at various levels for the last 8 years. Over time this has changed the way I am able to use my hands and has caused the hand muscles to whither away. My doctor suggested I use squeeze balls to help. The problem with Rheumatoid Arthritis is when you use the joints which are already inflamed, even with a squeeze ball, they flare up and get even worse. I've tried different types and sizes of latex and rubber squeeze balls but they are too firm for me to squeeze comfortably when I use them.The Serenilite Hand Therapy Ball is softer and more malleable because it is filled with a pliable jell surrounded by a cushiony fabric. Even with my poor grip and hand strength I'm able to squeeze the Serenilite ball resulting in changing it's form from round to whatever shape my hands can push it into. This allows my fingers and hand muscles much more extension and stretch while exercising them. When I release the pressure on the ball it then bounces back to perfectly round again. Of all of the squeeze balls I've tried I like the Serenilite the best and the added comfort encourages me to extend my exercise time over the old therapy balls.

I have stress related hair pulling at night, and constant hair loss daily (thank goodness I'm not balding). After daily use of this squeezing this ball and just holding it, my stress level is significantly lower and near to none hair knots on the floor. Thank you, serenilite!

Got this to help strengthen a weak wrist, which bordering on surgery, and now, no surgery! In just a week of daily usage my wrists are doing much better. Not a miracle cure by any means, but an honest response to careful, considered use of this product.

This stress ball could have been the best investment for an item like this! After a while I wanted to order this, because other stress balls that I use are made out of foam and easily rip after extensive use. With this Serenlite Hand Therapy Ball it has a stitching on the outside that is very soft and is very comfortable, but the best part about it is how it actually feels. This Ball is VERY soft and squeezable, I have excessively used this and I practically take it everywhere as it does not damage or dirty up. Great investment to anyone who needs a very good stress reliever and a hand workout ball!

I especially like the size and texture of this ball. It's on the smaller side--about the size of a golf ball--which allows you to do so exercises between fingers that you wouldn't be able to do with a larger ball or without much larger fingers! The firmness seems just right as well--not too squishy to be ineffective but also not too hard to facilitate more delicate exercises involving a single finger. Have picked up several of these to be able to leave one in the office, have one at home, have one in the car, etc.

I purchased this stress ball to strengthen the grips for my hand and fingers. After nearly two months of usage, I can definitely see a difference. The stitching appears to be durable in some places on the ball. It appears to be a tad uneven in one spot. It may be the area that gets expanded the most each time I squeeze the ball because I do use this ball quite frequently throughout the day and at least five to six times a week.You can easily roll the ball between your thumb and fingers and it also fits firmly between your fingers for a more in-depth exercise.I do not have any complaints. This ball fits perfectly in my small hands. Since the fit is ideal, I actually got quick results when I used it. I fell on my hand about three weeks ago and it got bruised up pretty bad. I also lost the ability to grasp. My husband found this on Amazon, ordered it and once I got it, I started using it right away. The day after the first use, I could open my child/proof medicine bottle, my fingers didn’t hurt as bad as before. The soft material makes it a lot more comfortable than those hard plastic balls given out at the physical therapy office. I am really pleased with my purchase!

This product was purchased for therapeutic reasons more than anything else, and it is certainly fit for purpose. It offers a high resistance when squeezed firmly, and I suspect that this is far superior to any other product you are likely to find in the market place. The manufactured quality is very high to, and the outer covering fabric is stitched in place. Given that the product originates from an American supply source, I would think that this accounts for the high side retail price in the UK. Cheap it isn't, but overall I feel it is worth the expenditure because it is likely to last for many years.

Bought this for my husband. Was very happy with the feel and strength of product.The logo however started to come off quite quickly and after a few months of use the stitching is slowly weakened. So hasn’t got the best endurance but worked very well at first.It does help relief stress a little

Right size (for small/medum sized hand) and enough 'give' to make gripping it feel natural. I tend to walk around with it as the grip is satisfying, particularly for arm extensions - try gripping it at arm's length while opening the shoulder. Very nice.

Was originally looking for just a stress ball when I came across this and thought it a bit pricey. I have arthritic fingers and thought it may be good for exercising them. Not like the usual cheaper stress balls as this is made of gel. after using for about a week the pain in my fingers has lessened quite a lot. Thoroughly recommend this little gem.

A very good stress ball but not as high quality as I hoped, I use it a lot and squash it hard for stress but that's what it's designed for. Fabric already quite ripped at the seam. But really good other than breaking within 2 weeks!
