easy to set up; comes with remote-control -so very easy to select input-source at flick of a switch with handy remote-control; comes with speakers - so no need to fit external-speakers; again, remote-control handles the volume; in addition to pc, screen can handle two more connected devices; a big screen for a good price!the only limitation appears to be that the advertised USB ports seem Dysfunctional - the apparent reason is that there is No provided usb AB cable-connectivity between the monitor and the pc that would enable this function!?However, apart from this omission, everything else is functional as advertised!with respect to a firmware update to fix usb functionality (as mentioned by another reviewer) - I just now went into the menu and found an entry' USB (software update)' ; upon pressing OK got following feedback ' cannot detect USB'!

Only had this for a day I had seen all the posts about the media player not working but thought I would risk it as it looks very good value. Its not high end but it is very good for the money. To get the media player installed go to the Hanspree website find the correct product using an empty memory stick down load the firmware it is zipped, unzip remove the software out of the folder so it is directly accessed by the monitor insert it in the monitor, using the remote click menu move to the four square icon click on software update USB, it will ask you to confirm install click yes and it will download. It then says 100% and the blue light bottom right flashes blue and red I waited 10 - 20 mins and it continued so I unplugged the monitor and switched it back on and the screen then just kept displaying different colours after a while of this I just put it on stand by and next morning when I pressed source on the remote a media1 and media2 option had appeared. I do not know if I should have switched it off or just left it but it worked. The media player did not like my 64gb memory stick but the 32gb worked well as did my1tb portable hard drive. I hope this helps people who already have the monitor get full value and helps others make a decision.

Ok and functional

It was fine for my purposes, but just shy of 18 months after I bought it, it just died.It's supposed to have a 3 year manufacturer warranty...we shall see!

The monitor arrived quickly and was very easy to setup...for the most part. As other sellers have mentioned the inbuilt media player may not be functioning. As we were using this as a media center display, this feature was of importance to us. After some back and forth with the seller and the manufacturer, both of whom were very helpful and responsive, we found that a firmware update introduced the missing functionality and the monitor is now working as described.It's not the best display of course, but is very better than I had expected and very hard to beat for the price. Is working very well as a replacement TV.

Very impressed with this monitor. Speakers are brilliant: loud, not tinny. Picture is awesome too. While the USB feature doesn't work out of the box, the process to enable is straightforward: a quick download, unzip to a USB stick, then update the firmware via the on-screen option sorts it out. I particularly liked having two USB ports, 2 HDMI and a VGA port. Would also be great as a TV.

I've had it for nearly 2 months from the time of this review, and it's working well enough so far. It's not brilliant though, and below I'll list my reasons why.The backlight bleed is pretty bad, especially when first turning it on after it's been off for a while.Speakers are mediocre but do the job. If you are going to be using this tv a lot, then I would suggest buying better speakers.Colours are not completely accurate, I noticed this more with brown colours than anything else. It's not that much of a big deal, but when I put this monitor next to my other monitor, I can see the difference.For the first 2 weeks, it really stinks, like a metal burning smell. At first I thought there could be a fault, but that smell has all but disappeared now so I'm hoping it was nothing. It was that bad that I didn't really like using the tv at all for those first few weeks, it was quite overpowering.Remote control works fine. Some cheaper tv's can have slow response times with their remote controls and it's something I really hate, but this one is nice and responsive.Backlight and overall picture quality is very nice. You'll probably have to adjust the settings a bit to get it how you like it (like all tvs)So basically, anybody that just wants a tv and doesn't care about minor problems, buy this one. But if you're somebody that knows what they are looking for in a tv and would prefer to not have the minor problems I listed above, then I would suggest to buy something else.

Hell of a monitor for the price nice picture quality. Onboard speakers or really bad but I had no intention of using them. I oc mine to 91hz no issues. Very happy.

Cet écran ne passe pas en mode veille quand il est raccordé en HDMI.Une grosse saleté noir est dans l'écran de la grosseur d'environs une vingtaine de pixels.Nous retournons l'écran.Dommage !... car luminosité et la qualité de l'image sont TOP. mais le controle QUALITE de doit pas suivre!...

de pena, televisor monitor barato salio muy caro. enciendo y aparece asi la pantalla. no compréis esta marca bajo ningún concepto, ademas con la mala suerte que la compre el 25 enero de 2018 .
