Great start up clipper set.
Both these hair clippers are very nice, I love how the set came in black, they are both light in the hand, and they cut very good out the box, however I'm sure they can be modified to cut closer, I do recommend getting other guards because the ones they come with aren't as good, I got Andis Master magnetic clipper guards for these Oster Topaz and there great, good quality, fit good and don't fall off.

Taler trimmer doesn't cut it.
My rating right now is primarily due to the Taler trimmer not working very well. It seemed ok when I cut my kids hair but for some reason it doesn't do an adequate job on my hair. I guess it can cut kids hair but isn't up to the challenge of my course hair. I'm going to look into to replacing the blade and if that doesn't help then the Taler will end up in my garbage.
