Almost good - very much built down to a price.
The build quality is surprisingly inconsistent. There are some nice touches - the deck looks well welded, and much more robust than cheap kids scooters. There's also some really poor attention to detail - the headset bearings were not properly tightened, and the locknut wasn't tight enough to lock the bearings. Also, the headset & wheel bearings were almost completely lacking in grease. Fortunately, my history of working on mountain bikes meant I knew the warning signs, and how to remedy the issues.Far and away the biggest problem was with the four bolt clamp that holds the handlebar to the forks. Whoever made the thing applied a thick layer of paint to the clamp & bolts after they were drilled & threads tapped - effectively adding an extra 0.5mm to the threads. This meant that when we were building the scooter, the Allen bolts wouldn't get anywhere near tight enough to safely clamp everything up. When trying to add enough torque, two of the bolts just fell apart. Before thing the entire clamp, I re-tapped the two useable threads (top & bottom), cleaned all the crack out, threw away the included clamp bolts (steel, but seemingly made of cheese) and replaced them with proper M5 bolts from my spares box. Not a difficult job, but I doubt many other people would bother - either throwing the scooter away, or just not clamping it up anywhere near tight enough to be safe.I've ordered a proper clamp from somewhere else, as I just don't trust this one...The scooter is cheap though, and my daughter loves the purple with flames. It is better than the kids mini scooters that were everywhere a few years ago, and most of it is well made, but clearly some corners were drastically cut to get down to the price.

Is a little bit small for him for him but he uses it comfortably and loves it
My son is 11 and quite tall. Is a little bit small for him for him but he uses it comfortably and loves it. Is used everyday for school runs and has lasted really well (bought early March). Great quality scooter and good value. Definitely recommend! :)

Good scooter but bearings need greasing.
Great little scooter that is really rugged but there is a problem where there is no grease on the bearings so Dad had to take it apart to grease the bearings and that's where I noticed the casement was bent, OK its flimsy enough to bend back into shape but does mean it is thrown together.

Excellent
My son got this for his 6th birthday. He loves it, it is very good quality, quiet, fast, and sturdy. He has only crashed once and he is a right clumsy sod!Excellent service, came the day after ordering

Don't waste your money on this!
I suppose you pay for what you get.... So far we've had the rear wheel fall off and luckily my son caught it before losing it and the bolt. The handle 4 bolts all were loose after one day after we tightened on initial install even after we thought we tightened them sufficiently. Unfortunately my son's had scratched the scooter otherwise I would have send the thing back. My son asked me if he could put some oil on the steering bearings on inspection I believe the bearing race has failed.... we wait to see what next fails....

Lost nut and bolt.
Arrived on time. Looks as it does on the site. Sadly after only 2 months the nut n bolt holding the front wheel on, shredded off. Fortunately the wheel stayed in place. Contacted the seller who sent me out a new screw. All great now. Seller easy to contact.
