VERY GOOD BUT.......
It was to replace the earlier version ( be warned the interior design and fixing positions are different, so ensure an experienced plumber/electrician installs it correctly and goes through the full commissioning process) You might want to ditch the pole assembly and buy in a more substantial version. Also do not change the hose or showerhead for an alternative as the shower ventilates through the purpose designed showerhead and is an integral part of the unit. This unit at full blast consumes 8.5 kw of energy so not cheap to run, we also use a regular shower attached to the bath tap system. A temperature lock (optional) can be pre-set at installation if its being used by elderly / infirm people

I am a Disabled lady who can not get around the shops well. So to be able to buy this Shower on line was great. The service was excellent delivery was quick. Had a plumber on stand by who fitted it and an electriction check it and it is now up and running in my wetroom. The instructions on how to use it were easy to follow so I am very pleased

after sales service is dreadful.
i fitted one of these showers for an elderly customer with no other means of washing,it didnt work so i called the customer service department explaining the fault, who said they would contact the customer direct within 3 days, they didnt call ,so he called them twice with no luck. 2 MONTHS later i receive a call to say they have the part and want to arrange a call to fit it.i only put 1 star because you have to.
