My sweet husband bought me this Jcloud HVAC diffuser for my birthday! I am beyond happy with the quality and function of this device! The set up was very simple. We have connected to the device via Bluetooth and we played around with the setting until we found my liking of aroma! For our 3500sqft home we have it set from 8:30am to 7pm, 10 second on to 90 second off. If you desire to have a constant noticeable fragrance this is a satisfactory setting. I will say that different variables may play into that frequency. I use the scent MYWAY from The Hotel Collection, it is an elegant light fragrance so this 10-90 second frequency works well with this scent! I highly recommend this product if you want something to scent your entire home or small office building. Included with the device was a paper that states if you email your device ID they will extend your warranty for two years, for free! I did exactly that, there was a quick response stating a file has been made for my device including the warranty information. They even offered a promotion for 100ml of fragrance for free! I am excited. I will suggest that filling the 800ml bottle for the JCloud could be expensive. So maybe visit vinevida for affordable fragrances in 2lb =800ml diffuser oils! Works great! I have it hooked up to my HVAC system and added a pressure switch so that it will only power on with the fan running. Customer service has also been awesome when I had a few questions

This diffuser is a great purchase for the price. Very easy to set up and to use and it works especially well when attached to HVAC ductwork. I wanted to mention in case anyone wanted to use this diffuser in conjunction with their HVAC system. You want to attach the tube to the ductwork after the filtered air has gone through your HVAC system, and is being distributed to the rooms in your home. A lot of people mentioned they run their fan 24 hours a day to ensure the scent is distributed at all times. I find setting you HVAC fan to run 30 to 45 minutes Per hour in conjunction with your typical cooling and heating setting is very sufficient to get the scent into every room. Additionally, the app allows you to set the working time or how long the system actually pumps scent. If you take the time to micromanage the timer on the diffuser and your fan on your smart thermostat, you can essentially get it pretty in line with each other so that you don’t have to run your HVAC fan 24 hours a day. Keep in mind, the type of scent you use or the quality of the oil you use will impact how strongly you smell it, and overtime you will get used to the smell and that does not mean it is not working when I have guests come in? They mention how it smells really good in our house.

This worked amazing with my first machine but it died so I bought another and it didn’t work, tried again and same. Not sure what’s going on with this device. I makes a lot of noise but no smell.

I received the JCLOUD Smart Scent Air Machine for Christmas, and I had it up and running in five minutes. It was super easy to set up, and the scents really do fill my house nicely. So much nicer than any regular air freshener. It connects to the Aroma-Link app on my iPhone via Bluetooth, and I set it to run for 10 seconds every five minutes only for a few hours in the morning and in the evening. Even in the middle of the day, though, my house still smells amazing. It's so nice to be greeted with a nice scent every time I walk in my front door.

I had high hopes for the JCLOUD Smart Scent Air Machine, but it’s been a complete disappointment. Within just 4 days of using it, the machine clogged and stopped working. I had to clean it extensively to get it running again, only for the same issue to reoccur. Thinking it might be the oil I was using (Vine Vida), I decided to order the recommended JCLOUD brand oil. Unfortunately, this didn’t solve the problem. The machine still clogs just as quickly, making it practically useless. To make matters worse, even the replacement unit they sent had the exact same issue. It’s clear that this is a design flaw, not a one-off defect. For a product marketed as “premium,” this level of maintenance and unreliability is unacceptable. Save your money and look for a more reliable alternative. This product is more trouble than it’s worth.

I absolutely love how this fragrance elevates the ambiance of my home. The moment I walk in the door I feel a bit more relaxed as the scent hits me. I use many scents, but my favorite scent to use is lavender. It permeates the air, leaving an enduring impression. What I truly appreciate is the seamless integration with my phone through the aroma link app, making it effortlessly controllable. The app's user-friendly interface allows for easy navigation. Despite its compact and unobtrusive design, this little powerhouse effortlessly fills my 4000 square foot home with its captivating aroma. It is durable and simple to operate.

Great Product!

Definitely a good product at a reasonable price. It took me some time to figure out how to install it properly but once it was done, it worked like magic. The app is pretty good too!
