Where have you been all my life!
This is EXACTLY what I was looking for. Keeps food cold, ample of space for food with 4 other pockets for keys, phone, tablet, make up... I needed a purse /lunch bag all in one. This fits the ticket perfect!

No closing or carrying bag
This package was missing the pack pac strap whish was the point of purchasing this will never purchase another one again it doesn't even need 1 star the reason I purchased was because I work so far from home

Attachment for strap broke on 3rd day of use
I chose this as I can use it as a regular bag and a backpack. I used it with an ice pack, water and snacks during a theme park trip. The hook attachment for the straps broke on the 3rd day. Very disappointed.
